Stavba v krajině - Winery / Architecture in landscape - Winery

Krajčírová, Barbora January 2009 (has links)
Assignment of the master's thesis is, to design winery, with possibility of accommodation. The aim, is to create a comprehensive urban - architectural project of area, which is based on the use of local resources to support rural, economic and social development in the region of South Moravia. The area is situated on the outskirts of the village Strachotín, which is part of the site Novomlýnska nádrž. The urban concept should attract people, not just domestic, but also international clients, because of the proximity to Austria, Slovakia borders, and because of a good connection to the highway D2. Important was, to create a supporting function_WELLNESS, which complements the lack of capacity of the accommodation and offers services that are not around. A prerequisite, for immediate gripping the concept in the country, is also the existence of several hiking, biking, wine routes which pass through the area. The good thing is a close proximity to water, which I use in eco - energy concept, but also for recreation, relaxation purposes. The core project is the integration of new technologies in wine production, architecture, town planning, to create facilities, operating with minimum power consumption and minimal burden on nature. From the operational point of view, I separated the two ongoing operation of buildings-WELLNESS-located at the bottom of the plot, with access from Sklepní street, and linked with water. -WINERY- with accessing comunication from the existing path, with the possibility to access directly to winery by 3m wide drivable pavement and with beautiful views . Buildings are connected with educational wine route. Visually, the project is built on the use of excavated soil, formed in the mounds, which should symbolize "volumes exserted from the ground" with the metaphorical meaning of interface with nature. Urban and architectural design is in a harmony with the country - respects terrain conditions, using solar energy, and natural material solution that is designed in its crude form.

Vers un habitat écoresponsable en Saône-et-Loire, qui privilégie les ressources locales / Toward an eco-responsible housing that promotes local resources in Saône-et-Loire (Burgundy-France)

Cloquet, Basile 01 March 2013 (has links)
This PhD research is questioning construction modes and financial accessibility to housing. It focuses on a prospective research for new production modes for low-cost housing that are valorising territorial resources of Saône-et-Loire and giving priority to a local development. In a time where stakes for territorial attraction are together linked with employment and quality of life, the question of habitat plays a key role. The development of an attractive habitat, economically accessible and favouring the local branches, while reducing the ecological footprint of the construction sector, would contribute to the economical development of the territory. Such a challenge requires an exploration of new solutions in terms of production modes and use of local resources. Firstly, the analysis of the stakes, potentials and brakes of the territory, is based on field enquiries that have been carried out nearby local actors and contractors, and then crossed with outer references. With regard to this exploratory phase, the second step was founded on a prospective reflection. It consisted in understanding and enlightening all possible trends and let emerging paths for developing other kinds and modes of habitat production. These trends are presented in terms of organizational, architectural and construction proposals. In terms of enhancement, several steps of this work were valorised through exhibitions and conferences with a twin objective. On one hand, it consisted in communicating with local actors on the research progresses and to disseminate nearby the great public some examples of architectural achievements that were questioning the traditional design of the habitat, while valorising the local resources, and, secondly, to revive a debate with local stakeholders in order to refine the advanced proposals while integrating their inputs in the reflection, within an iterative approach.

Možnosti a přesahy tradiční lidové architektury jako inspirace pro ekologicky šetrnou architekturu současnosti / Possibilities and Overlaps of the Traditional FolkAarchitecture as an Inspiration for the Environmentally Friendly Architecture Today

KURINCOVÁ, Marie January 2009 (has links)
The work deals with the possibility of use the traditional knowledges and methods in construction with regards to today's lifestyle and technology, emphasizes the importance of the legacy, respect for countryside, individuality and surrounding environment. Above all I try to summarize the information about the current situation in architecture of family houses, which influence dominates in this area and which choices we have. I target especially the organic architecture mainly for wood constructions. At the beginning of the work I describe the issues of present architecture. I am dealing with the question if traditional and modern way of life must be in conflict, how we change our environment today and what could be the eventual effects for the future. The second part of the work is focused on the traditional vernacular architecture in South Bohemia, especially in the Bohemian Forest (Šumava) region, on types of construction, use and processing of materials and their integration into the countryside. The final part is applied to present ecology architecture. Firstly I summarize and identify the objects in general, subsequently I focus on the wood constructions, which correspond to traditional knowledge and experience in the manufacture and processing of wood.

Uhlíková stopa ve stavebnictví a její teoretická hodnota / The carbon footprint of the building industry and its theoretical value

Halama, Miroslav January 2018 (has links)
Presented theses dealing with the complex influence of human activity on the environment. Particularly provides the calculation of carbon footprint volume consumed during manufacturing of raw materials used for a normal and a low-energy house. The calculation of the energy performance certificate for both variants is also included. To evaluate of economical demanding investment to both mentioned houses including carbon dioxide disposal, the theoretical calculation of the price of carbon footprint equivalent has to be determined. The aim of this study is an investigation of carbon footprint in construction industry focusing on the production of carbon dioxide during the realization of a normal and low-energy house.
