Ao considerar que os fundamentos da economia política dos países dependente foram formulados com base nas principais categorias da economia política desenvolvidas por Marx, avaliamos que não há como compreender o processo desenvolvido por Marini se não a partir da apreensão dos apontamentos marxianos. / The present study, rescuing the main theses of the Marxist Theory of Dependence - TMD, elaborated by Ruy Mauro Marini, presents as a proposal to verify if they make possible the articulation of the structural conditions of the dependency dynamics with the determinations of contemporary capitalism, from the contributions of Jaime Osorio and Adrián Sotelo. Considering that the foundations of the political economy of the dependent countries were formulated on the basis of the main categories of political economy developed by Marx, we consider that there is no way to understand the process developed by Marini, if not from the apprehension of the Marxian notes.
