Propomos um conceito de técnica e tecnologia, no contexto cultural brasileiro e argumentamos como sua inserção no Ensino Fundamental, poderá contribuir para a superação de graves concepções sobre a técnica e o trabalho, ainda influenciados pela herança colonial, escravocrata e patriarcal, que nos compromete o aprimoramento social, o desenvolvimento econômico, mantendo-nos como um país para o desfrute de poucos e a miséria de uma imensa maioria. Pelo potencial da terra e da nação, tais condições não se justificam, mas se perpetuam sob um sistema de relações sociais injustamente assegurado por uma forte ideologia que privilegia o ócio ao trabalho, desqualifica o trabalho manual em relação ao intelectual, com tamanha eficácia que mesmo os mais humildes assimilam suas mazelas, colaborando fortemente para a manutenção de um modo de vida muito próximo do patriarcado escravocrata, sustentado pelo patriciado das camadas médias, sua mídia e ideologia. Nessa tese, propomos o estudo da tecnologia como ciência da técnica, e esta, como a intervenção humana na natureza para produção de sua existência, compreendendo o trabalho como o exercício social da técnica, imputando-lhe o papel de produtor de riqueza digna, a ser partilhada dignamente por todos, inclusive os que a produzem. A Educação em Tecnologia deve ter um papel tão importante como os demais saberes do Ensino Fundamental, especialmente por seu papel de superação do preconceito com o trabalho, motor do desenvolvimento da espécie a aprimorador da vida social e individual. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The knowledge about technology is part of the legal content for Basic Education, however, their conceptions and approaches are still insufficient for the effectiveness of its importance. We propose a concept of technique and technology, in the Brazilian cultural context and argued, as their inclusion in primary education, could help to overcome serious conceptions of technique and work, still influenced by colonial slavery and patriarchal inheritance, which commits our social improvement, economic development, keeping us as a country for the benefit of the few and the misery of a vast majority. Considering the potential of the land and the nation, such conditions are not justified, but are perpetuated under a system of social relations, unfairly secured by a strong ideology that favors idleness to work, disqualify manual labor in relation to intellectual, with such effectiveness that even the humblest assimilate their ills, contributing greatly to the maintenance of a living close to the slave patriarchy, supported by the “patricians” of the middle class, its media and ideology. In this thesis, we propose the study of technology as the science of technique, as the human intervention in nature for the production of its own existence, considering work as the social practice of technique, imputing to it the role of wealth production, that could worthily be shared by all, including those who produce it. The Education in Technology should have the same importance as the other elementary school knowledges, especially for its role as de-preconception of the work, the development key of mankind in social and individual life.
