Da presença virtual : um estudo sobre a transferência em contexto de educação a distância

Les nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication, particulièrement l’internet, produisent des effets de diverse nature dans le mode de vie des sujets humains en général, et particulièrement dans ces modes de penser l’éducation. Dans la présente recherche nous essayons de converger deux champs du savoir ; la Psychanalyse et l’Education à Distance moyennée par ces technologies. Il s’agit d’une étude qui peut être inscrite sous le registre de la Psychanalyse en extension et a comme point d’orientation, l’étude du phénomène de la Transférence, comme proposée par Sigmund Freud, développée par Jacques Lacan et d’autres psychanalystes contemporains, dans le champs de la relation entre professeur et élève et dans des contextes de Education à Distance. La présupposition qui fût à l’origine de que, peu importe quelle soit la modalité d’éducation, la relation entre professeur et élève soit en question et, de ce mode, on se demanda sur la constitution de cette transférence, sous le contexte d’un cours à distance, moyenné par les technologies actuelles, surtout par l’ internet. Il y a eu la tentative de formuler la notion de présence virtuelle comme l’une des possible configurations, de la transférence dans ce contexte. Une telle transferénce a, par écrit sa possibilité , de maintien parce qu’elle est comprise comme ce qui donne un appui lien transférenciel dans ce contexte. Le locus de développement de la recherche fût le cours de Licenciature en Pédagogie, modalité à distance, offerte par la Faculté d’ Education de l’Université de Rio Grande do Sul. La perspective méthodologique s’inspire sur le référencie psychanalyste, qui met en cause la transférence du chercheur en soi avec son objet de recherche. L’analyse des données empiriques, orientés par la relation transférentiel, et par l’écoute fluctuante, furent collectées de diverses sources, comme entrevues personnelles et on-line, matériel imprimés et matériaux postés dans l’ambiance virtuelle – blogs, chats, web folios, pbquikes – utilisée par les élèves, professeurs, coordinateurs et tuteurs du cours référé. L’étude indique les possibilités profitables du rapprochement entre les champs de la Psychanalyse et de l’Education à Distance, moyennés par les technologies, spécialement en ce qui concerne l’attention donnée à la relation de transférence établie entre professeurs et élèves dans ce contexte. / As Novas Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação, em particular a internet, vem produzindo efeitos de diversas ordens no modus de viver dos sujeitos humanos em geral, e em particular, nos seus modos de pensar a educação. Na pesquisa aqui proposta, procuramos fazer convergir dois campos de saber: a Psicanálise e a Educação, em particular a Educação a Distância mediada por essas tecnologias. Trata-se de um estudo que se inscreve no registro da Psicanálise em Extensão, e tem como questão norteadora o estudo do fenômeno da Transferência, tal como proposto por Sigmund Freud, desdobrado por Jacques Lacan e outros psicanalistas contemporâneos, no campo da relação entre professor e aluno em contextos de Educação a Distância. Partiu-se do pressuposto de que, qualquer que seja a modalidade de educação está em questão a relação entre professor e aluno e, desse modo, perguntou-se sobre a constituição dessa transferência no contexto de um curso a distância, mediado pelas tecnologias atuais, em particular a internet. Tentou-se formular a noção de presença virtual, como umas das possíveis configurações da transferência nesse contexto. Tal transferência encontra na escrita sua possibilidade de sustentação, aqui entendida como suporte do laço transferencial. O lócus de desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi o Curso de Licenciatura em Pedagogia, modalidade a distância, oferecido pela Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. A perspectiva metodológica inspira-se no referencial psicanalítico, o qual coloca em questão a transferência do próprio pesquisador com seu objeto de estudo. A análise dos dados empíricos, orientados pela relação transferencial e pela escuta flutuante, foram recolhidos de diversas fontes, tais como entrevistas presenciais e on-line, materiais impressos e materiais postados no Ambiente Virtual – blogs, chats, webfólios, pbqikes - utilizados pelos alunos, professores, coordenadores e tutores do referido curso. O estudo indica possibilidades profícuas da aproximação entre o campo da Psicanálise e da Educação a Distância, mediada pelas tecnologias, especialmente no que se refere aos cuidados com a relação de transferência estabelecida entre professores e alunos nesse contexto.
