Therefore, I conducted research about the cases in which Polícia Civil de São Paulo was mentioned in the Inter-American Comission of Human Rights, and from the information gathered came the intent to develop a diagnosis, a database, and a flow chart containing the information. In addition, there also came an interest to propose cases to be studied by Academia de Polícia Civil (Civil Police Academy) in the training courses of new police officers. Likewise, the interest emerged to evaluate new preventive measures to prevent the recurrence of future human rights violations / Após iniciar meus estudos na Pós-Graduação stricto sensu no curso de mestrado da Pontifícia Universidade Católica passei a me questionar sobre os casos da Comissão e da Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos e se haveria casos que citariam a Polícia Civil de São Paulo, instituição a que pertenço já há dez anos, como Delegada de Polícia. Assim, realizei pesquisas sobre os casos em que a Polícia Civil foi citada na Comissão Interamericana de Direitos Humanos e das informações obtidas surgiu o interesse em desenvolver um diagnóstico, um banco de dados e um fluxograma com esses dados. Surgiu também o interesse em propor o estudo de cases a serem estudados pela Academia de Polícia Civil nos cursos de formação e de novos policiais. Da mesma forma despontou o interesse em avaliar novas medidas preventivas de modo a evitar a repetição de futuras violações de direitos humanos
