Le statut provisoire de la Sarre après la Deuxième guerre mondiale a suscité une réglementation politique et sociale provisoire dans le sens d’une intégration dans le système français en matière de politique économique, monétaire et sociale. La réforme de la cogestion représente l’épine dorsale de cette législation.Cette réforme qui est inspirée de la législation sociale de la République fédérale d’Allemagne en matière de relations professionnelles a été l’expression des sociaux—démocrates et de tous les syndicats sarrois qui ne voulaient pas rompre avec leur culture de politique sociale. Pour les syndicats sarrois, l’enjeu est de taille, car il a fallu choisir entre l’«intégration» et la «tradition». / The provisional status of the Sarre after the Second World War called for a temporary political and social regulation in the sense of integration in the french system politically, economically, financially and socially. Reforming the co—management represents the corner stone of this legislation. This reform, which is inspired by the German Federal Republic in terms of professional relationships. has been the expression of thesocio—de1nocrats and all the Sarric syndicates that didn't want to cut with their culturel of social policy. As faras the Sarric syndicates are concerned, the stakes are quite high as they had to choose between "integration"and "tradition".
