Dabartinė ekonominė krizė, prasidėjusi JAV nekilnojamojo turto kainų nuosmukiu ir išsiplėtusi po visą pasaulį, įtakoja viso pasaulio ekonomiką. Yra būtina suprasti kaip ekonominiai sunkumai paveikia rinkas, verslo struktūras, kokie veiksniai yra svarbūs įmonės kaip vieneto sprendimams. Atsižvelgiant į globalios ekonomikos sąlygas bei tendencijas, besikeičianti verslo aplinka įtakoja ir statybų sektoriaus įmones. Šiandien jos, tiek pasaulyje, tiek Lietuvoje, patiria didesnius ar mažesnius ciklinius svyravimus. Išryškėjo statybos sektoriaus įmonių bankroto tendencija. Pagrindiniu nemažos dalies statybų sektoriaus įmonių tikslu šiandien laikomas įmonės išlikimas. Ekonominė aplinka keičiasi labai dinamiškai, tai nulemia statybos įmonių konkurencingumo problemas. Darbo objektas — Lietuvos statybų sektoriaus įmonių konkurencingumas. Darbo tikslas – Nustatyti ekonominės krizės poveikį Lietuvoje veikiančių statybos įmonių konkurencingumui. Siekiant įgyvendinti pagrindinį darbo tikslą, formuluojami tokie darbo uždaviniai: • atskleisti ekonominių ciklų bei krizių poveikį ūkio sektoriams ir įmonių konkurencingumui; • išnagrinėti statybos sektoriaus vystymosi bei plėtros tendencijas keičiantis ekonominei aplinkai, esant ekonominiam nuosmukiui; • parengti metodiką konkurencingumui ekonominės krizės sąlygomis tirti; • Lietuvos statybų sektoriaus įmonėse atlikti empirinį tyrimą bei pateikti išvadas dėl jų konkurencingumo galimybių. There is a need to understand how economic difficulties affect the markets, business structures, which factors are important for the decisions of companies as the unit. Considering the global economic conditions and tendencies, the changing business environment affects the companies of construction sector as well. Today, both in the world and in Lithuania, they experience more or less cyclic fluctuations. The trend of construction sector companies’ bankruptcy showed up.
