A população de Luanda estava envolvida com o comércio de escravos e a principal elite da região era composta por comerciantes que dominavam a politica, administração e exército. Os luso-africanos ascenderam socialmente e criaram empresas familiares que iam além de seus domínios no porto africano, adentrava o interior e expandia para outras margen do oceano Atlântico. Deste modo o presente trabalho visa analisar o comércio de escravos através de três religiosos que tinham envolvimento com o comércio ou com comerciantes de escravos em Angola. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This work wants to understand the social, cultural and geographic mobility of the slaves merchands, starting with the involvement of religious in the slave trade in the second half of the XVIII century in Angola. The population of Luanda was involved in the slave trade and the main elite of the region was composed by merchands, they dominated the politic, administration and the militars. With this dominance the luso-africans had improved their powerand created familiars enterprises that went beyond African ports, went to the countryside and the others ports of tha Atlantic. In this way the present work wants to analize the slave trade with the perspective of three priests that had involment with the commerce or with the merchants.
