En marzo de 2020, la COVID-19 generó una crisis sanitaria, económica y social a nivel mundial, de la que aún nos seguimos recuperando. En cuanto al sector cultural, el confinamiento provocó que los espacios culturales cerrasen sus puertas y que las actividades se paralizasen sine die. En este contexto, una treintena de asociaciones profesionales del sector de las artes escénicas y de la música en España se unió para hacer frente a esa situación y conseguir que los agentes que componen el sector no se viesen desprotegidos. Este Trabajo de Sustentación Profesional tiene como objetivo sistematizar las estrategias de gestión cultural empleadas por estas asociaciones en la implementación de políticas culturales para el sostenimiento, desarrollo y mejora de las condiciones del sector de las artes escénicas y de la música en España, en el contexto de crisis de la COVID-19. Para ello, el primer capítulo contextualiza al lector/a, a través de un breve resumen histórico y explicación de la estructura y funcionamiento del sector de las artes escénicas en España. Para abordar así, en el capítulo 2, las estrategias y acciones llevadas a cabo por las asociaciones sectoriales en España entre marzo de 2020 y marzo de 2022. El principal aprendizaje de esta experiencia es que, si trabajamos de manera unida, dejamos de lado nuestros intereses particulares y nos concentramos en el bien común, trabajaremos mejor, nos haremos más fuertes y llegaremos a mejores resultados. / In March 2020, COVID-19 generated a global health, economic and social crisis, from which we are still recovering. As for the cultural sector, the lockdown caused cultural venues to close their doors and activities to come to a standstill sine die. In this context, around thirty professional associations of the performing arts and music sector in Spain came together to face this situation and ensure that the agents that make up the sector were not left unprotected. This Professional Supporting Work aims to systematise the cultural management strategies used by these associations in the implementation of cultural policies for sustaining, developing and improving the conditions of the performing arts and music sector in Spain, in the context of the coronacrisis. For this, the first chapter contextualises the reader through a brief historical summary and explanation of the structure and functioning of the performing arts sector in Spain. Then, in chapter 2, the strategies and actions carried out by the sectorial associations in Spain between March 2020 and March 2022 are dealt with. The main learning from this experience is that, if we work together, put aside our particular interests and focus on the common good, we will work better, become stronger and achieve better results.
