GS causes huge environmental damages around the world. However, the GS three pillars products had proven its sustainabilities (socially fair, economically viable and environmentally correct), GS's IP is an effective alternative to GS’s reusing in many matters such as pottery, inks, etc.. Some GS’s mixtures generated in Manaus Industrial Park, and Kaolinite extracted by Oxisol at the Central Amazonia region was tested at different temperatures to obtain a commercial IP. The proportions of 1:0, 0:1, 1:1, 1:2 and 2:1 GS and Kaolinite was shredded in ball mill and calcined at the following temperatures 650, 900 and 1200 oC. The calcined mixtures were characterized using XRD, XRF, TGA, DTA/ DSC, SEM, colorimetric test, leaching test. The results shown the Inorganic Pigment (IP) synthesized at 1200°C encompasses a wide range of following matters such: Trevorite, Mullite, Calcite and Hematite depending on the proportion of Kaolinite and GS. / O LG é um resíduo químico altamente perigoso por conter altos teores de MPT. O LG ocasiona graves problemas de poluição em todo o mundo. No entanto, devido aos três pilares de produtos sustentáveis (socialmente justos, economicamente viáveis e ambientalmente corretos), o PI obtido pelo LG é uma excelente alternativa aos reutilizáveis de LG em vários materiais, como cerâmica, concreto, tinta, etc. Algumas misturas de LG geradas no Parque Industrial de Manaus, e Caulinita extraídas por Latossolos da Amazônia Central foram testadas em diferentes temperaturas para obter um PI comercial. As proporções de 1:0, 0:1, 1:1, 1:2 e 2:1 de LG e Caulinita trituradas em moinho de bolas foram calcinadas nas seguintes temperaturas 650, 900 e 1200 oC. As misturas calcinadas foram caracterizadas utilizando DRX, FRX, TG, DTA/DSC, MEV, Teste Colorimétrico e Teste de Lixiviação. Os resultados mostraram que o PI sintetizado a 1200 oC compreende Trevorita, Mulita, Calcita e Hematita, dependendo da proporção de Caulinita e LG.
