Para tanto busquei compreender qual a relação entre a política para a escola e a política da escola no que se refere à diversidade sexual. A pesquisa teve como objetivos analisar como as políticas de diversidade sexual, no âmbito federal, são absorvidas pelas micropolíticas dos Estados, em particular, das escolas; analisar se o novo currículo do Estado de São Paulo (Proposta Curricular do Estado de São Paulo) contempla as discussões a respeito de diversidade sexual e analisar a participação praticada pelos atores e atrizes da escola frente a essas políticas. Para a investigação das questões levantadas neste trabalho foi adotada uma abordagem qualitativa, no intuito de analisar as práticas, concepções e valores que permeiam a escola estudada. Os procedimentos metodológicos empregados foram análise documental do novo currículo do Estado de São Paulo (Proposta Curricular), especificamente do Documento de Apresentação e Cadernos do Professor do Ensino Médio e realização de cinco entrevistas semiestruturadas com atores e atrizes da escola. Foram utilizados como referenciais teóricos para a análise a teoria do Ciclo de Políticas de Stephen Ball em interface com o conceito de justiça de Nancy Fraser bem como a bibliografia básica apresentada no decorrer do trabalho. Os resultados da análise dos documentos demonstram alguns avanços no que se refere ao reconhecimento da diversidade sexual como um direito humano inerente a todos/as e, entre silêncios e sussurros, vemos aumentar a visibilidade daqueles/as que antes foram excluídos/as do cenário das políticas de educação no Brasil / Abstract: This dissertation has as its main theme the sexual diversity in the context of public policies for education. For that I tried to comprehend what the relation between the policy for school and the policy of the school is in what the sexual diversity is concerned. The aims of this research were to analyze how the policies of sexual diversity in federal ambit are absorbed by the micro-policies of the States, particularly, of the schools; to analyze if the new curriculum of the State of São Paulo (Curriculum Plan of the State of São Paulo) contemplates the discussions about sexual diversity and to analyze the participation of the school's actors and actresses in view of these policies. A qualitative approach was adopted in order to investigate the issues raised in this work, with the intention of analyzing the practices, concepts and values that permeate the school investigated. The methodological procedures employed were the documentary analysis of the new curriculum of the State of São Paulo (Curriculum Plan), specifically the Middle School Teacher's Introduction and Books Document and the making of five semi-structured interviews with actors and actresses of the school. As theoretical framework for the analysis were used the Stephen Ball's Policy Cycle theory in interface with Nancy Fraser's concept of justice as well as the basic bibliography shown in the course of this work. The results from the documentary analisys show some advances concerning the recognition of sexual diversity as a human right inherent to all the people and, between silences and whispers, we see the increase of the visibilty of those who were excluded from the scenario of the education policies in Brazil / Mestre
