No. of bitstreams: 1 Crepschi_JairaLopesBrandao_D.pdf: 725389 bytes, checksum: 3fbdb33cf1286dcab2585b1418292f26 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2005 / Resumo: O recorte do objeto de estudo deste trabalho contemplará uma amostra de mulheres vitimadas pela violência sexual, em seguimento atual no Ambulatório de Atendimento Especial à Mulher após terem sido atendidas na urgência do Centro de Atendimento Integral à Saúde da Mulher ? CAISM/UNICAMP. Nossa hipótese inicial será que as mulheres vitimadas por violência sexual possam identificar (ou se expressarem de maneira a ser possível que a pesquisadora infira) sentimentos vivenciados durante o processo de violência. Diante deste pressuposto, o objetivo do presente estudo foi conhecer os sentidos e significados, do ponto de vista teórico psicológico e sociocultural, que mulheres vitimadas por violência sexual, atribuem a diversos fenômenos relativos a este processo, a seu tratamento e as várias dimensões de sua vida (família, sexualidade, trabalho, lazer, relações sociais e religiosidade). Para tanto, utilizaremos o método clínico-qualitativo que nos leva a discutir e tirar conclusões sobre relações encontradas entre, de um lado, os significados simbólicos dados pelos sujeitos aos fenômenos de sua vida e, de outro, suas crenças e atitudes. A amostra de sujeitos, advindos do serviço citado acima, foi intencional construída pela técnica de saturação de dados coletados, definindo assim em campo o número de pessoas a serem estudadas. A técnica de coleta de dados a ser empregada foi a Entrevista Semidirigida de Questões Abertas, que permite um contato em profundidade entrevistador-entrevistado, complementada pela observação cuidadosa e global do informante. Para os procedimentos, utilizou-se um Roteiro/Diário de campo para anotação dos achados dividido em quatro partes: dados sucintos de identificação da mulher em estudo; o que significou para ela a violência sexual e suas conseqüências biopsicossociais; anotações do comportamento global do sujeito durante a entrevista e dados de auto-observação (reações do tipo contratransferencial); e dados suplementares com informações clínicas sobre a mulher fornecidas pela equipe de saúde responsável. A técnica de tratamento dos dados colhidos foi a Análise Qualitativa de Conteúdo propiciando a categorização/subcategorização a partir de leituras flutuantes do conjunto de entrevistas transcritas. A discussão/interpretação dos resultados foi feita à luz de um quadro eclético de referenciais teóricos habitualmente usado nas áreas disciplinares da psicologia aplicada à saúde, psicossomática, psicanálise e concepções socioculturais / Abstract: The clipping of the object of study of this work will contemplate a sample of women-victimis of sexual violence, in current pursuing in the Clinic of Special Attendance to the Woman after to have been taken care of in the emergency of Centro de Atendimento Integral à Saúde da Mulher - CAISM/UNICAMP. Our initial hypothesis will be that the women?s feelings identification during the violence process. Ahead of this estimated, the objective of the present study was to know the directions and meanings, of the psychological theoretical point of view and sociocultural way, that women-victimis of sexual violence, attribute the diverse relative phenomena to this process, its treatment and the some dimensions of its life (social family, sexuality, work, leisure, relations and religion). For in such a way, we will use the qualitative -clinic method that in takes them to argue and to take off conclusions on relations found between, of a side, the symbolic meanings data for the citizens to the phenomena of its life and, of another one, its beliefs and attitudes. The sample of citizens, happened of the cited above, intentional service was constructed by the technique of saturation of collected data, thus defining in field the number of people to be studied. The technique of collection of to be used data was the interview semi de opened question, that allows a contact in interviewer-interviewed depth, complemented for the careful and global comment of the informer. For the procedures, a diary/research of field for notation of the findings divided in four parts was used: data brief of identification of the woman in study; what it meant for it the sexual violence and its biopsicossociais consequences; notations of the global behavior of the citizen during the interview and data of auto-comment (reactions of the contratransferencial type); e given suplemental with clinical information on the woman supplied by the team of responsible health. The technique of treatment of the harvested data was the Qualitative Analysis of Content propitiating the category/subcategory from floating readings of the set of transcribing interviews. The discussion-interpretation of the results was made to the light of an eclectic picture of theoretical referenciais habitually used in the areas to discipline of the psychology applied to the health, psychosomatic, sociocultural psychoanalysis and conceptions / Doutorado / Ciencias Biomedicas / Doutor em Tocoginecologia
