This diploma thesis deals with the topic of Ethical dilemmas of social pedagogues in the department of social and legal protection of children. The aim was to find out what ethical dilemmas the social pedagogues at OSPOD had dealt with most frequently. The theoretical part includes a general part on the social and legal protection of children, basic legislation of children and family rights, the role of a social pedagogue, and an ideal profile of a social pedagogue is also included. In the next chapters ethics in social pedagogy is mentioned theoretically, ethical dilemmas and their consequences are presented as well. The Code of Etics of social workers can be encountered at the end of the theoretical part. In the practical part of the thesis, the dilemmas social pedagogues deal with most frequently have been established, by the coding method on basis of interviews carried previously. Among such dilemmas belong: taking children from biological families, the manipulation of parents towards children or the dilemma of boundaries among social workers and their clients.

The main task of my master's thesis is to identify the function of the code of conduct in multinational corporations, it's real gain in the proces of solving various situations and the measure of it's implementation into the supply chain. Through the comparison of two codes of conduct of multinational corporations is shown the measure of involvement and efficiency of standards stated in these codes applicable in real business environment. Theoretical part is an introduction needed to gain an overall knowledge about this theme. Main part is dedicated to code of conduct, it's content, categories and meaning in business. Also the business ethics is involved and the demand for implementation it's principals into business practices of multinational corporations. Practical part uses the knowledge gained from my bachelor's thesis about influence of globalisation on multinational corporation Nike, Inc, which are extended by up-to-date information. The choice of european corporation IKEA has the contribution to comparison and evaluation of codes of conduct of two different companies in wide range of aspects. The main effort is according to the collected information and their further analysis to evaluate the purpose and efficiency of code of conduct in everyday use of companies.

This thesis deals with a multidisciplinary approach to clients suffering from schizophrenia. The main aim is to reflex the multidisciplinary approach to schizophrenic clients, appealing to social work and having respect to ethical principles of participating branches. The work includes chapters that are necessarily coherent to this topic. These are mainly the social work in the context of schizophrenia, specifics of schizophrenia, the structure of the multidisciplinary team, team work and all ethical aspects arising out of team work and individual experts' work. This thesis tries to link up theoretical and practical knowledge, mainly by means of casuistry and practical observations.

Objectives of this thesis is concentrate on problems of advertising in business and economic competition within the frame of EU. Thesis analyse advertising as such. In this thesis, there is a description of notion advertising, history of advertising, functions, objectives{\dots}etc. Consenquently there is a description of medium for advertising. In Czech republic, the advertising is legally regulate by public law and by private law. At the same time, it use also nonlegal instruments for regulation. It is self-regulation by the help of Ethics code. Ethics code is published by RPR (Rada pro reklamu). It watch over ethics and mind of advertising. Unfair competition is behaviour in economic competition, which is in violation of good manners and is qualified to evocate injury of others competitors or consumer. Unfair competition is for example false advertising, embracery, impeachment{\dots}etc. Economic competition is regulate and controlled by ÚOHS (Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže). It create condititons for subvention and protection. Competition law is used in case of violation against conditions of economic competition. It is for example abuse of dominant position, association of competitors or forbidden agreements. Within the frame of law, it exists sanctions for protections againts infringement of economic competition and unfair competititon. Concerning advertising in the European Union, it is analogous to advertising in Czech republic. For regulation, there is many EC directives regulating advertising.

Ethical codes of non-medical health professions focusing on ambulance service workers ABSTRACT A sharp increase of number of the codes of ethics in all fields of human activity is the trend of current ethical education. The dissertation is oriented (focuses) on the question of the necessity or the suitability of codes of ethics for ambulance services (Emergency Ambulance Services and Non- emergency patient transport services). The introductory theoretical part defines the range of medical transport professions that are the subjects of research. There are introduce the theoretical bases of healthcare professions. The historical part of the dissertation is focused on the development of a medical transport with an emphasis on ethical principles in the work of emegency and nonemergency ambulance services. The theory that the direct precursors of code of ethics can be promises, oaths, orders, statutes, instructions, recommendations and similar written or unwritten documents containing ethical principles that include challenges to help others and the demands of collegiallity, respect, honesty or virtuous life was confirmed. This thesis focuses on the topic: ?The Physical activity of persons with a focus on physician?. In the theoretical part of my thesis, I focus eg. on area history of kinesiology, motor skills and development, factors influencing physical activity or diseases caused by physical inactivity. The practical part of this work is to monitor physical activity among physicians from different sectors.To determine the level of physical activity was chosen IPAQ long for 100 doctors who participated in the monitoring. I selected 30 doctors, who for a week had individually set pedometer and write down your daily physical activity.

This work deals with professional ethical reflection and analysis of the code of ethics of social workers to join in the broader context of the social work profession and human rights principles. The introduction deals with disabilities, the basic concepts of ethics and social work with regard to the specifics of the social work profession and the requirements of professional social worker. Based on professional ethical reflection theoretical work also analyzes the document Code of Ethics of Social Workers of the Czech Republic in comparison with the International Social Work Code of Ethics and the Code of Charity Czech Republic with an emphasis on the interpretation of the principles of human rights and social justice. At the end of the work in relation to analysis tries to summarize the importance of criticism and also updated the Code of Conduct, including an indication of other possible paths to explore this issue.

Master´s thesis „Suggestion for the Improvemnetof the Company´s Culture“ is engaged in analysis of corporate culture in the company called Diplomat.cz which belongs to the significant seller of services on the Czech market. The main target of Master´s thesis was to engage the power and level of corporate culture, satisfaction of employee, to identify the components of corporate culture due to the Schein ´s model and suggest on the basis of questionnaire´s results steps, which could improve corporate atmosphere and contribute to increase the productivity of labour.
