This thesis is focused on the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Opening parts of the work are devoted to the concept in general and its evolution in the context of other theories investigating the issue of responsibility in business as well. The part the work describes recommendations for the implementation process of the CSR concept into an organizational strategy. Following chapters are based on the stakeholder theory and a related specification of the CSR content within three thematic spheres - economic, social and environmental. A part of the work describes opportunities of CSR in a field of a human resources management. The last chapter describes utilization of CSR in the human resource management in the particular company. The chapter also contains recommendations based on the concept of CSR in order to bring positive effects to the company and employees, who are an important group of stakeholders. Concept of pragmatic pedagogy is based on the education by experience, which is essential for an individual's development and for the directing of the individual's abilities. Art provides a form of specific experience based on which you can cultivate cognitive and emotional conditions of value judgments and thus contribute to the moral development of a child. The processes of experiencing, interpreting and evaluating the work of art are based on everyday experience and it relates to both the unique requirements of an individual and the conditions of a certain socio-cultural environment in which he lives.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of the investment in the complete insulation of a reference panel apartment building located in Bytča. The issue of the ETICS external contact system, the energy performance of the building, its thermal protection and the possibilities of financing and evaluation of the economic efficiency of the investment in question are approached in this thesis. The output of the diploma thesis will be an evaluation of the current state of the reference building, with a propper proposal for a thermal insulation. The optimal thermal insulation option and the financial provision of the investment will be selected based on economic efficiency indicators.

This diploma thesis is dealing with the solution of four-floor mountain guesthouse with one floor underground and three floor overground on parcel 1953/16 in Low Tatras, Slovak republic. The parcel is situated in the cadastral region of Horná Lehota. The design of the mountain guesthouse is solving the architectonical, technical and building solutions of the object according to the requests of investor. Underground floor is designed from DT concrete blocks, which are waterproofed by the bitumen felts and thermally insulated by the extruded polysytrene. Overground floors are made from ceramic blocks HELUZ and thermally insulated by ETICS system from mineral wool. The roof of the object is made from pitched roof constructed from timber trusses, which are connected by gangnail steel sheets. The purpose of this project is to create modern and comfortable builidng, which provides pleasant environment mainly for fans of tourism and downhill skiing, but also for other visitors.

The aim of my dissertation is to elaborate project of documentation for the execution of a new kindergarten. The building is designed as a sand-lime block Sendwix with concrete foundation strips. External walls are insulated by contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling are designed as a cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The roof is consists as a warm flat extensive green roof.

The theme of my diploma thesis is processing of project documentation for building a construction of nursery school in Kunštát. Health centre was also designed as a part of the building facility. The capacity of the building are two classrooms in nursery school and two outpatient units. The building is a two-storey building which has basement partly under it. The construction system is bricked from aerated concrete blocks with a ceiling structure made of reinforced concrete prestressed ceiling panels. The perimeter masonry is insulated with an ETICS thermal insulation composite system with mineral wool thermal insulation. The predominant part of the roof of the building is a vegetation extension flat roof.

This master´s thesis deals with the proposal of the kindergarten in the cadastral territory Moravany u Brna, district Brno-venkov. This object is self-standing building in a newly-built area. The kindergarten is designed for two schoolrooms up to the total number of forty-eight pupils. The object is double-storeyed, the part of the object has the basement. The roof is flat with a coating insulation, loaded with a mix of gravel and rubble. The object is designed as a brick construction with a contact thermal insulation system. The object is situated in a slightly sloping terrain.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a project for design documentation of boarding house which is oriented at south Moravia in the village Pavlov. The object is solved as four-storey with a partial recession of the first floor into the terrain. Boarding house will serve for the accommodation of 52 people. In the first floor, there is an entrance hall with reception, relaxing area and technical equipment of the building. In the second floor, there is a restaurant with a terrace and all necessary facilities for guests and restaurant staff. Two second highest floors are determined for guest accommodation. The construction of foundation is made from strip foundation. The structure is from bricks with monolith reinforced concrete frame in the first floor. It is a longitudinal wall system transversally reinforced by staircases. The perimeter walls will be insulated with ETICS system. The ceiling will be created from the prestressed reinforced concrete panels. Construction of roof is made from truss girders saddle type.

The Thesis deals with a reconstruction of the elementary school in Mořice. The main aim of the Thesis is adjusting the building for an operation of school facilities and recovering into an origin building appearance. The land is in the protective zone of immovable cultural values. It is the two-floored object with a basement, an unused attic, roofed with a sloping roof with metal covering. The use of object will be remained. The building is a part of terraced houses being connected with from the south direction. The project is solved in the level of documentation for the construction work.
