In this work we study the orbits of test particles simulating small bodies in Solar System close to the stable equilibria, L 4 , of the exterior planets. For this purpose we use the exponent H to characterize the diffusive processes in these regions. The method of Cordeiro and Mendes (2005) was adopted for the calculations of the Hurst exponents and the results were confronted with the results of Holman and Wisdom (1993), for the time of close encounters, and with the results of Nersvorný and Dones (2002), for the values of the Lyapunov exponents.
