Aim of this thesis is to design a financial plan of new settled company. The first part discusses the theoretical basis of financial planning. The second part focuses on the company itself and its analysis of the current situation. Consequently, it is proposed financial plan for the years 2017 - 2019 in the optimistic and pessimistic variant and an assessment of the financial plan.

The purpose of my graduation theses is a discovery of the conformity of finanancial plans from various financial advisers from various companies. Determination differences and also reasons of these differences.

Title: The business plan - Establishment of Power Plate studio Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to elaborate a complete business plan to start and open a new Power Plate studio in Prague 3, concretely in Sport Centre Olšanka. Determine whether the implementation of the business plan feasible and whether the studio can be competitive. A sub-goal is a financial plan and determine recovery of investment. Methods: In undertalking this thesis I used a varienty of techniques. These included the researching of specialized publications, data analysis method, there subsequent deduction, observation method and the method of controlled interview. The first part of this work, theoretical basis, deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to creating a business plan. It uses available analytical methods for the creation and analysis of the business plan. Secondly, the analysis of the business environment is applied by analytical procedures for the analysis of company environment, analysis of internal company factors, analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the company. Graduation theses has the ambition to analyse financial standing of farming business in years 2001 - 2007 . On the basis of financial analysis I make financial plan for next three years. For financial planning is used the EFC model. The financial plan is created in optimistic, pessimistic and alternative version.

This thesis deals with financial planning. On one hand with its theoretical handling, on the other hand with its particular application on a specific business, the Channel Crossings company. The main objective of the paper is to assess the process of the financial planning in this particular company and at the same time to identify, how this company uses the approaches known from the theory of financial management in practise. The information included in this thesis should be exploitable for the assessment of theoretical approaches to the financial planning, as well as for the management of the company in question how to re-evaluate and optimize the current financial planning process.

The goal of this diploma thesis is setting value of Agrostroj Pelhřimov a.s., machinery company. This thesis consist theoretic and practical part. The first part contains the analysis of valuations methods included detailed analysis of income method, which is applied. Next follow financial plan, which result from strategic, financial and macroeconomics analysis. In practical part are used entering data which are evaluated by applied calculations support. Subsequently is a company analyzed complexly and planed its own development. In last part is set the total value of the company.

The main goal of my diploma thesis is to compile a business plan on the level that could be submitted to a potencial investor who would invest his own capital into this business idea. The thesis is separated in theoretical part, in which are main definitions, principles of compilation and main forms of business plan described. The practical part refers to own compilation of business plan. This part is separated according to the units described in theoretical part.

In my thesis, I make a business plan for expansion of a dentist's surgery. I evaluate original surgery, make a financial plan for its expansion to a small stomatological center. The plan includes a balance sheet, profit and loss report and financial analysis. In the last chapter I specify possible risks of this branch of enterprising.

This thesis deals with the estimate of the value of the building company HOCHTIEF CZ a. s. The text is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical ones. The theoretical part, which is a prefiguration of the practical one, sets as a goal making readers familiar with basic terms, instruments and procedures for setting the value of the company. The practical part follows up with the application of described methods in the company HOCHTIEF CZ. The main goal of the practical part is to determine the value of the company on August 22, 2011 for the purchase of an unknown investor. As used instruments and methods are worth referring to strategic and financial analyses, as well as the methods of financial planning. The appropriate appraisal is done by the revenue method DFCFF and book value method.
