The aim of this thesis is to estimate the value of Hollandia Karlovy Vary, a.s. to the date 31st December 2013. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the approaches and methods that lead to the valuation of the company. The practical part includes a description of the valued company, financial and strategic analysis including analysis of internal and external potential, financial plan and the final valuation of the company. For valuation are used these methods: discounted free cash flows to the firm and market comparison based on industry multipliers. In thesis there is also used a method of book value for final comparison.

The aim of this thesis is to determine market value of company Adelita, s.r.o. to January 1st 2015 for management of the company for potential sale of part of or whole company. Theoretical part will present methodologies for company valuation, practical part then financial and strategic analysis followed by creation of financial plan and valuation by method of discounted cash flow.

The topic of this Master's Thesis is Valuation of the Solar Power Plant. The subject of the valuation is the equity of STAMP Energy, Ltd., the owner and operator of the power plant, and the loan provided by the company owners to the company. The primary valuation method used was DCF model, specifically its FCFE variation. As an addition to this method there were two other complementary approaches used: Asset-based approach and Market approach. The pivotal part of the Thesis represents the financial plan, built on the strategic and financial analyses and the review of the company's future potential. On 31st December 2014 the company's equity was valued at 75.000.000 CZK and the owners' loan at 30.000.000 CZK.

The aim of following diploma's thesis is realization a financial analysis for the purpose to evaluate a company BERNARD Family brewery a.s. to 1/01/2015. The BERNARD Family brewery a.s. is a business with a short history, which deals with production of beer. The Diploma's thesis is divided into methodical and practical parts. The methodical part of the work will describe basic assumptions for the valuation, the basic way to evaluate and introduce used methods for analyzing environs of company and the company all itself. In the following introduction part I emphasize more detailed description of methods and models, which I'll later applied in the practical part of the work. The market value of a company is determined by comparing the yield methods DCF and property methods accounting value.

The aim of this thesis is the creation of a real business plan for establishment of M. Matula Productions company. The business plan was created on the basis of theoretical knowledge, analyzes of external and internal environment of the company and also on the basis of a survey. Survey was led by a questionnaire. The business plan itself includes a financial and a marketing plan. It will be used to decide whether to start a business or not.

The diploma thesis is focused on creation of a proposal for the realization of a business plan for development of a small company. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part contains definitions of terms forming the structure of the business plan and definitions of individual analysis. In the analytical part, there is elaborated complex analysis of the current state of the company. The last part deals with creating the concrete proposal for the realization of the business plan which is aimed at development of the company.

The subject of this thesis is to build a business plan to establish a wellness centre. The wellness centre will be located in Slavkov u Brna and the main services that will be offered include massages, thermal baths, sauna and body treatments. Part of the business plan is to analyse the surroundings, the staffing and marketing and financial plan. A business plan serves as the basis for a decision on the project implementation.

The master’s thesis focuses on the draft financial plan of the company. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis of financial planning. The next part is focuses to introduction of selected company and business analysis at present. Subsequently, the company’s financial plan for the years 2016 - 2018 is proposed in two variants. The last part of the thesis is an evaluation of the company’s financial plan.

This master thesis is concerned with the business plan of establishing an E-sport bar. Based on the critical analysis of the risks, marketing research, market analysis, this thesis is aiming to suggest a specific plan according to which it would be possible to establish the E-sport bar.

The thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for setting up a catering company.
