This master´s thesis is focused on the complete financial situation assessment of the company Lázně Poděbrady, a.s. in years 2004 – 2008. The theoretical part describes an issue of financial analysis and the practical part contains financial analysis of this company. The last part includes suitable suggestions for improvement of financial situation of the company.

This diploma paper treats methods of financial analysis and thein use for evaluation of the economic and financial situation of a company. I tis dividend in free parts – a theoretical one, an analytical one and a practical one. In the theoretical part of this diploma paper there are selected terminology explained and certain methods of financ ial analysis described. The kex attention is paid to elementary methods, primarily to the analysis of the status indices, ratio indices and the analysis of the system of indices. In the secon part of the paper these methods are used for processing of the financial analysis of the Spalovna a komunální odpady Corporation, in Brno. The reset of the analysis will be an evaluation of the society development during the years of 2003 – 2008, as well as an evaluation of the economic situation and status of the company at the end of the evaluation period and also an outline of a possible future development of this corporation. In the third part there will be a proposal of a solution for expansion of the corporatin presented on the basis of the results of the analysis and an evaluation of the corporation economic performance.

Master’s thesis evaluates financial situation of the company FATRA, a. s. within the period of years 2006 and 2010, by selected indicators of financial analysis. Mostly it deals with usage of elemental method’s indicators of financial analysis. It analyzes problems and proposes possible solutions, which will lead to the improvement of the company financial situation in the future.

This diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of financial health of company NanoTrade s.r.o. using methods of financial analysis. Theoretical part consists of defining the internal and external business environment and methods of financial analysis. There will be used analysis of systems of indicators, as well as state analysis, and differential ratios. Obtained results will be used as a basis for determining proposal of possible solutions that would improve the current situation in this company.

This master’s thesis evaluates financial situation of the company REDA a.s. between years 2005 and 2010 on the basis of the selected financial analysis methods. The main goal of this thesis is to formulate suggestions for improving financial situation in the company. This goal is reached in final part of the master’s thesis.

The goal of this thesis is to analyze current financial situation of the company and formulate suggestions for its improvement. First part of the work summarizes theoretical findings, based on them the practical part will be worked out. The company Slovácké strojírny, Etc. is introduced in the second part of the work. The third part of the work deals with calculation of financial ratios based on theoretical findings. The output of this work is a set of recommendations for improvement of company’s economical situation.

This thesis evaluates the financial situation of Pekárna Crocus, Ltd. between the years 2006 - 2011. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current financial position of the company and to draft proposals for its improvement. The first part will summarize all the theoretical knowledge, on the basis of which the practical part will be created. The second part consists of information relating to the company. In the third part of the work a financial analysis will be done and finally the proposals and measures to improve the current financial situation will be presented.

The Master’s thesis deals with the evaluation and assessment of the financial situation and of the financial health of the company BLANESTA, s.r.o. throughout the years 2008 to 2011 by means of selected methods of financial analysis. The aim of this work is to propose changes leading to the efficient use of business resources chosen on the basis of the potential problems that will arise from the evaluation of the current financial state of the company.

The master´s thesis contains theoretical background, the methods that are used to perform this financial analysis, information about the company and elaborated financial analysis. In conclusion, on the basis of established results, it describes the measures that should help to improve the financial health of the company.
