In the rst chapter presents some examples of getting the equation of a curve family (segments, polyline, circle) and some Envelopes (line, circle, ellipse, parabola, Hyperbola, lemniscate equilateral, cardioid) of these family of curves, as well as the deduction of some properties of the parabola and the Hyperbola. In the second chapter we present a procedure for the determination of the equation of this envelope with some examples of algebraic manipulations to determine it. / Com auxílio do softwere GeoGebra, como recurso didático para ilustrar uma família de curvas e sua Envoltória. No primeiro capítulo apresenta alguns exemplos de obtenção da equação de uma família de curva (segmentos, retas, circunferência) e algumas Envoltórias (reta, circunferência, parábola, elipse, hipérbole, lemniscata equilátera, cardióide) dessas familia de curvas, como também a dedução de algumas propriedades da parábola e da hipérbole. No segundo capítulo apresentamos um procedimento para a determinação da equação dessa envoltória com alguns exemplos de manipulações algébricas para determiná-la.
