O projeto existe desde 2004, quando foi formulado pelo advogado cristão Miguel Nagib, porém, ficou engavetado até 2013. Junho de 2013 foi o momento oportuno para que o Escola Sem Partido encontrasse a possibilidade de sair do papel, de uma proposta parada há dez anos, e se efetivar no plano político. Essa oportunidade não se deve apenas ao junho de 2013, mas, também, a uma mudança de foco do movimento que, nos seus primeiros dez anos, estava centrado em combater a doutrinação ideológica nas escolas, a qual violaria a liberdade de crença e consciência prevista na Constituição de 1988. A mudança ocorreu, quando o movimento ESP fundiu o seu tema inicial, a doutrinação ideológica "marxista", com o combate à "ideologia de gênero". Ao fazer esse movimento de fusão, o ESP deslocou-se do campo político para o campo moral, e esse deslocamento lhe proporcionou maior capilaridade social, deixando de ser apenas um projeto e, em casos mais drásticos, se tornando temporariamente uma realidade, como no estado de Alagoas, onde foi implantado como lei estadual, conhecida como "Escola Livre". (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The project No School Party is a social phenomenon that has worried the researchers of the area of education, because it aims to reach Brazilian education through a moralizing reform. The project has existed since 2004 when it was created by the Christian lawyer Miguel Nagib and was shelved until 2013. June 2013 was the opportune moment for the No School Party to find a way and get out of the paper, and become effective on the political plans. This possibility is due not only to June 2013, but also to a shift in focus from the movement that in its first ten years was focused on combating ideological indoctrination in schools, which would violate the freedom of belief and conscience envisaged in the constitution of 1988. The change occurred when the movement fused its initial theme, ideological "Marxist" indoctrination with the fight against "gender ideology." In making this merger movement, the NSP shifted from the political field to the moral field, and this displacement gave it greater social capillarity, ceasing to be just a project, and in more drastic cases becoming temporarily a reality, as in state of Alagoas where it was implanted as state law, known as "Free School".
