Penzion s vinným sklípkem / Guest house with wine cellar

Grégrová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is creating a construction documentation for a guest house with a wine cellar. The guest house is a three-storey building. A lounge, which is also meant to serve for ceremonious social gatherings, staff facilities and two accessible rooms are located on the ground floor. First floor consists of several two-bed rooms, one common kitchen and a smaller lounge for guests. Accommodation units for larger groups of guests can be found on the top floor. Vertical supports are made of Porotherm system, ceilings are made of filigree-like reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a saddle roof with clay tiles and load-bearing nailed timber trusses. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain. The wine cellar building consists of an underground cellar and a ground floor with a lounge, sanitary facilities and a staircase hall. External walls of the upper part of the cellar are made of CSB framework, partitions are made of Porotherm system, ceiling is made of reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing of the building is designed as a green roof. External walls of other parts of the building are also made of CBS framework, ceiling is a vault-like one supported by prefabricated beams and covered with Miako ceiling panels. The structure is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain, its cellar is sunk under ground level and covered with soil.

Konstrukce bytového domu / Structure of apartment building

Řihošek, Jan Unknown Date (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of the floor structure of an apartment building in two structural variants. The aim of the work is to find out the internal forces, design and check in two construction variants. Finite Element Method was used for calculation internal forces using 2D model for floor slab and 3D model of building in the Dlubal RFEM 5.24. The work also includes check of masonry walls.

Formoptimierte filigrane Stäbe aus UHPC und korrosionsfreier CFK-Bewehrung für variable räumliche Stabtragwerke

Henke, Michael, Fischer, Oliver 21 July 2022 (has links)
[Aus: Projektidee und Zielsetzung] / The vision of this project was to replace massive concrete structures with mostly inhomogeneous material utilization in the future by designing filigree concrete truss supporting structures in accordance with the principle form follows force instead. Thus, besides weight reduction and a higher transparency also a higher resource efficiency can be achieved. A modular construction method, in which the components compression strut, prestressed tie and connection joint elements are prefabricated and joined together at the construction site, was aspired. With regard to load-bearing capacity and bonding behaviour as well as durability, the struts and ties are made of Ultra-High Performance Fibre-Reinforced Concrete (UHPFRC) and are reinforced or prestressed exclusively with non-metallic elements made of f bre-reinforced polymers (FRP). Within the funding period, the focus was on the development of f ligree, shape-optimized struts and prestressed ties. Regarding the connection joint element, theoretical considerations were made and first basic tests were carried out. [Off: Vision and objective]

Nosná konstrukce polyfunkčního domu / Supporting structure of a polyfunctional house

Reinoha, David Unknown Date (has links)
The subject of this master’s thesis is the design and calculation of a five-floor multifunctional building. The building consists of flats located in floors -1 to 3, the remaining underground floors serving as a car park and the second part of the building contains spaces designated for business purposes. Each of the two flats located on each floor features a balcony. The multifunctional building contains two underground floors which are designed entirely as reinforced concrete structures and three aboveground floors designed as ceramic brickwork structure. The roof of the building is flat, not designed for walking and featuring an air conditioning unit for the entire building. A review of selected loadbearing structures of component floors was performed as a part of this thesis. The main load-bearing horizontal is composed of stiff ceilings, including the bordering ceiling of the third floor and the roof. Above-ground floors are to be constructed of pre-stretched ceiling girders Spiroll which are set onto reinforcing wreaths. Underground floors are to be constructed as a monolithic structure made of ferroconcrete. The vertical structure is constructed of perforated brick blocks for above-ground floors comprising floors 1-3, remaining underground walls are constructed of monolithic ferroconcrete. Foundation constructions are made of monolithic concrete white tub including confluence and review of the tub.

Hospic sv. Michaela / St. Michael's Hospice

Krmaš, Jan January 2014 (has links)
The topic of the master thesis is new medico-social facility hospice St. Michaela. The purpose of the object is the maximizing of improvement in the quality of life of dying, severely ill and incurable patients, with the use of palliative care. The construction follows the Complex of Regional Hospital Náchod. Together with as a retirement home Náchod completes a support network of health and social care. The building is designed as a four-building storey and is partially embedded into the sloping terrain. Floors are divided into individual facilities and together constitute a functional unit. In the basement is the technical room, warehouses, garages and kitchen facilities. On the ground floor are then socio-public rooms and facilities. On the second floor is located hedmaster of hospice and accommodation area. The third floor is devoted to the accommodation area. The proposed structure made of brick longitudinal system, supplemented by concrete basement walls. The horizontal structure is made of filigree ceiling panels. Stairs are designed as a precast concrete and steel. Individual roof structures is made from unwalkable, walkable and vegetation compositions. The cladding consists of ventilated facade of glass and wooden panels. Foundations are designed from the lineal foundation.
