Since the dot-com bubble, the concept of Web2.0 infuses new strength and ideas to the industry of internet service. Many successful business models with the qualities of Web2.0 arises the attention all over the world. Web2.0 also announces the traditional internet business model will change dramatically. In addition to that, many Web2.0 acquisitions, such as Google-Youtube or Yahoo-Wretch, enhanced the E-business industry and focused by the world-wild investors. This research, A Project of applying the concepts of Web2.0 to Innovate Business Models, is based on an affiliated project (called I-Design.) sponsored by Triple-I. The research will establish financial evaluations to analysis the possibility of profitability of the project. After that, treating those individual factors with the sensitive analysis. According to the assessment of business modeling when the discount rate is 12%, the result reveals, the project NPV equals to 7,625,979NTD, and IRR is 19%, higher than the general required return 18%.Besides, PI is 2.24 and DPB is 4.01 years, tells that the project is highly profitable. Moreover, with sensitive analysis it concludes that the revenue inflows and the capital outflows are the two factors to the evaluation to the project. However, the revenue inflows is the main significant factor. Hence, the company should, before the price in the market fluctuate, actively develop nich services to increase the sales revenue, in support of the financial feasibility of the entire operation.

Financial analysis of turfgrass production in Mississippi

Interest in commercial sod production in Mississippi has increased steadily during the past years. The short and intermediate outlook for commercial turfgrass sod production in Mississippi appears strong, given current and expected population growth and steady business, industrial and infrastructure construction. The purpose of this study is to determine current production practices, marketing methods, and associated costs of production for the key types of turfgrass produced in Mississippi. This study also evaluated the financial feasibility of different model turfgrass farms at alternative equity positions. The results of this study indicated that it is financially feasible to produce turfgrass in 310-acre farms and 160-acre farms whereas investments in small farms fail to generate adequate cash flows during the seven year planning horizon. In addition, turfgrass operations exhibited substantial economies of size.

The main aim is achieved through ratio analysis of two pharmaceutical (Beximco and Square pharmaceutical) companies in Bangladesh. The main data collection from the annual financial reports on Beximco and square pharmaceutical companies in 2007 to 2008.Different financial ratio are evaluated such liquidity ratios, asset management ratios, profitability ratios, market value ratios, debt management ratios and finally measure the best performance between two companies. The mathematical calculation was establish for ratio analysis between two companies from 2007-2008.It is most important factors for performance evaluation. The graphical analysis and comparisons are applies between two companies for measurement of all types of financial ratio analysis. Liquidity ratio is conveying the ability to repay short-term creditors and it total cash. It determines perform of short term creditor of both pharmaceutical companies under the three categories such as current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio. Asset management ratio is measurement how to effectively a company to use and controls its assets. Its also quantify into seven categories for both pharmaceutical companies such as account receivable turnover, average collection period, inventory turnover, account payable turnover ,account payable turnover in days ,fixed asset turnover ,total asset turnover. Profitability ratio is evaluate how well a company is performing by analyzing and how profit was earned relative to sales, total assets and net worth for both pharmaceutical companies. Debt coverage ratio is performing that the property insufficient to collect their mortgage for both companies and market value is perform the stockholder to analysis their future market value of the stock market. Overall analyses are measurement the best one between Beximco and Square pharmaceutical companies.</p>
