Deformačně-napjatostní analýza ojnice spalovacího motoru pomocí MKP / Stress and strain analysis of connecting rod in combustion engine using FEM

Biječek, Tomáš January 2008 (has links)
In this diploma thesis is completed the FEM analysis of connecting rod in combustion engine Briggs & Stratton of the garden lawnmower. Within the frame of computing in the FEM system ANSYS Workbench is solved static structural strein and stress analysis, buckling analysis a fatigue also. The boundary conditions for FEM computing come out from the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the crank-slider mechanism in combustion engine. The 3-D models of the crank-slider mechanism are created in parametric SolidWorks modeller. Own construction variants of the connecting rod based on results of FEM analysis are also designed.

Výpočet a dimenzování konstrukce přechodového vedení / Optimalization and calculation of transition duct design

Havlíček, Tomáš January 2008 (has links)
The goal of this thesis is to create a methodic and a system, which would involve customized computing and consequent design of the transition duct using input and applied data effectively and would achieve optimized set of parameters. The methodic described in the thesis is applied on transition duct within air main ducting between the filter and gas turbine. Transition duct is a huge mounted assembly consisting of welded parts. NX 5 application was chosen as system environment of the thesis. Master model is a root for both design model and computing model. Weight and material optimization is a desired result which will serve as basis for designing. It is not the goal of this thesis to create one perfect computation model BUT to create a methodic, which would be manageable by any designer equipped by basic knowledge of engineering.

Výpočtové modelování deformačně-napěťových stavů pneumatik / Computational modelling of stress-strain states in tyres

Lavický, Ondřej January 2008 (has links)
Work occupies computational modelling mechanical behavior elastomers and composits with rubber matrix and their utilization for compute model of tire creation. MATADOR tire 165/65 R13 Axisymetric 2D model was created in two geometric variants. For the computational modeling is applying the Finite element method (FEM). The model was in different variants distinctive grade of modeling material. At first was done inner pressure analyst impact on deformation of each of model. Then was count influence on tire load with angular velocity meanwhile with inner pressure. The impact thickness of tire protector layer on global deformation tyre casing was verified too.

Rám přívěsu Variant 200 pro přepravu kabelových cívek / Trailer frame VARIANT 200 for transport cabel spools

Blažek, Jaroslav January 2011 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is an analysis of the construction of a cable trailer VARIANT 200. For the calculation of load states was used a multi body system in program MSC.ADAMS. The results from these calculations were used as lifting conditions for strength control with finite element method (FEM). All acquired results were analysed and according to them changes were made to the frame construction. Part of this thesis contains drawings documenting the above mentioned changes.

Výpočtová analýza hybridního litino-kompozitového smykadla obráběcího centra TM 2000 / Computational analysis of the steel-composite carrier of the machining center TM 2000

Zbožínek, Martin January 2011 (has links)
The main objective of the work was to perform a computational analysis of the hybrid (steel-composite) carrier and compare the results with the original metal carrier. Static analysis, modal analysis and frequency response were solved. Computation was performed for three different relative positions of the carrier. Static stiffness, natural frequencies and dynamic compliance have been calculated. The results were verified by an experiment performed on a scaled-down model of the carrier. Modern software products, namely MSC Patran, MD Nastran, Matlab and ProENGINEER, were used for the calculation.

Pevnostní analýza a optimalizace kabiny dvoucestného rypadla MH Plus S / Strength analysis and optimization of the two-way excavator MH Plus S cab

Zavadil, Milan January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with stress analysis and optimization of two-way cab excavator MH Plus S with total weight of machine 19375 kg. Stress analysis has been performed using the finite element method (FEM). As next step the structure design of protective frame and strength analysis of the cab and protective frame, which protect crew when the machine is rolled over protective structure (ROPS) according to ČSN EN ISO 3471 standard, have been made. The design documentation is a part of diploma thesis. This diploma thesis was conducted in cooperation with the firm Agrotec a.s.

Lomové chování svařovaných polyolefinových trubek / Fracture behavior of welded polyolefin pipes

Mikula, Jakub January 2015 (has links)
Cílem této diplomové práce je řešit problematiku poškozování svařovaných polyolefinových potrubí. Prezentovaná práce je zaměřena na numerické modelování kvazi-křehkého porušování, které je přímým důsledkem šíření creepové trhliny. Svařování polyolefinových potrubí vnáší do oblasti svaru nehomogenní rozložení materiálových vlastností a tvar svarového výronku způsobuje vznik geometrických koncentrátorů napětí.

Posouzení životnosti svařovaného rámu pro hydrauliku lisu stroje RONDOPRESS / The evaluation of the lifetime period of welded frame for hydraulic press machine RONDOPRESS

Čermák, Petr January 2016 (has links)
Petr Čermák: Service time assessment of the welded frame for the hydraulics of RONDOPRESS press machine The goal of this thesis is to assess durability of the welded frame for the hydraulics of RONDOPRESS press machine, which is used at the bakery sector in the food industry. The press machine chamber is made of stainless steel, because of food (dough) processing. But the strengthened part of the press machine consists of a carbon steel frame with a hydraulic cylinder. For the life of the RONDOPRESS machine is determining the rigidity and durability of the frame. Therefore it is necessary to carry out a study of carbon steel weldability, choose a suitable welding method and then make an evaluation of welded frame construction used in terms of weld joints in analyzed areas. Practical part consists of the frame computer model design, stress calculations and the service time calculation for required 1,825,000 cycles, choosing the appropriate welding method and avoiding undesired deformations. The final output is an operational frame of the RONDOPRESS press machine that meets the required service time specified by the number of production process cycles.
