No. of bitstreams: 1 2007_RobertaRubimdelGiudice.pdf: 2014894 bytes, checksum: 053c848aa28170dedef961441e1ab89b (MD5) Previous issue date: 2007-06-25 / Esta dissertação tem como objetivo propor uma sistematização dos instrumentos normativos florestais previstos no arcabouço normativo brasileiro, com o intuito de torná-los mais acessíveis aos agentes sociais envolvidos, auxiliando na sua aplicação e até mesmo na verificação da necessidade de adequações. Para se verificar a relação entre os instrumentos normativos florestais, no âmbito federal, e a política nacional de florestas, estes foram associados a 15 indicadores de sustentabilidade para a Floresta Amazônica, submetidos à validação pelo Processo de Tarapoto. Com o objetivo de identificar a viabilidade de utilização do modelo de Bossel, com os indicadores de sustentabilidade da Floresta Amazônica, e, deste modo, avaliar a adequação dos grupos de instrumentos formulados na sistematização, foram propostas matrizes com a aplicação dos indicadores de Tarapoto ao modelo de Bossel. Como conclusão do trabalho, verificou que é possível sistematizar instrumentos normativos florestais, que os grupos oriundos da sistematização se relacionam com os indicadores de Tarapoto e há viabilidade de avaliar estes indicadores por meio de sua aplicação na metodologia de Bossel. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The object of this dissertation is to systematize forestry normative instruments foreseen by the Brazilian normative framework, in order to make them more accessible to the social agents involved, to helping their application and verify the need for adaptations. In order to verify the relationship between forestry normative instruments, at the Federal level, and the National Forestry Policy, the instruments were associated to sustainability indicators for the Amazon Forest, validated by the Tarapoto Process. In order to identify the feasibiluty of using Bossel's model with the sustainability and indicators avaliable for the Amazon Forest and, thus, to evaluete the adequacy of the instrument groups formulated by the systemization, matrices applying the Tarapoto indicators to Bossel's model were proposed. As conclusion of this work, it verify that it's possible use the proposed methodology for systemize forestry normative instruments, that the deriving groups of the systematization if relate with the indicators of Tarpoto and have viability to evaluete these indicators by means of its using the Bossel's indicators model.
