Aprendizaje y compromiso organizacional en trabajadores del sector gastronómico / Learning and organizational commitment in workers in the gastronomic sector

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo relacionar el aprendizaje y compromiso organizacional en trabajadores del sector gastronómico en Tumbes, Perú. En esta investigación participaron 146 trabajadores de una cadena de restaurantes cuyas edades oscilaron entre los 18 a 55 años. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron la Escala de Niveles y Condiciones del Aprendizaje Organizacional (ENCAO) y la Escala de Compromiso Organizacional (CO). Los resultados reportaron que existe una correlación moderada, directa y significativa entre ambas variables. La mayor correlación se encontró entre las dimensiones de Formación y cultura organizacional y Compromiso Afectivo. / The present study aims to relate learning and organizational commitment in workers in the gastronomic sector in Tumbes, Peru. 146 workers from a restaurant chain, whose ages ranged from 18 to 55 years, participated in this research. The instruments used were the Scale of Levels and Conditions of Organizational Learning (ENCAO) and the Scale of Organizational Commitment (CO). The results reported that there is a moderate, direct and significant correlation between both variables. The highest correlation was found between the dimensions of Training and organizational culture and Affective Commitment. / Tesis
