Optimalizace kalibrace kamer fotogrammetrického systému navrženého pro měření rotačně symetrických výkovků / Optimizing the calibration of the cameras of photogrammetric system designed for the measurement of rotationally symmetric forgings

Hurník, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
At present, there are only a few systems in the world, that allow measurement of the dimensional accuracy of hot forgings directly in the manufacturing process. This work deals with the development of the calibration method of the cameras for the developed photogrammetric system, intended for the mentioned purposes. The conditions of measurement are very specific - high temperature and large dimensions of measured semi-finished products, environment of heavy industry. Employed methods are chosen with the emphasis on reliability of the system, taking into account the demanding conditions in the industrial premises. Calibration is designed for a large field of view, utilizing coded reference points in a scene with known spatial coordinates. The result of the work is the calibration software created in the MATLAB environment.

Měření a vyhodnocování přímosti osy rotačních výkovků pomocí fotogrammetrie a analýzy obrazu / Measurement and Evaluation of Axis Straightness of Rotary Forgings using Photogrammetry and Image Analysis

Zatočilová, Aneta January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with methodology proposal for shape and dimension measurement of rotationally symmetric forgings. Most of available non-contact systems are not possible to use for this purpose, mainly due to high temperatures and large dimensions of forgings. Only a few commercial systems which are designed for this specific measurement are currently in the market. These systems are based on a principle of evaluating time response of posted modulated signal. However, scientific literature shows also other approaches to the measurement, which are based on principle of triangulation and methods of image analysis. Advantage of systems based on these principles should be especially measurement speed and significantly lower price. The paper describes current state of research and development in this area and proposes a new approach which is based on passive photogrammetry and image analysis. The core of the work is devoted to the design of partial methods and their implementation in the Matlab programming language. Functionality of the methodology and the software has been verified by measuring cylindrical tubes of small dimensions in laboratory conditions. The designed methods were discussed and evaluated based on statistical analysis of the measurement results, and further steps to increase the accuracy and reduce the spread of results were suggested. Optimization and further development of this methodology could lead to the design a professional measuring system intended for this specific application.

VYUŽITÍ 3D TECHNOLOGIÍ VE VEŘEJNÉM PROSTORU / THE USE OF 3D TECHNOLOGY IN THE PUBLIC SPACE

Šebánek, Jan Unknown Date (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to define the impact of rapid prototyping technology in terms of creative potential to use this technology represents a particularly sculpture and architecture. Rapid Prototyping is a generic term covering a range of technologies: 3D scan converting the already realistic three-dimensional objects in computer memory, parametric modeling, which creates three-dimensional objects based on the formative algorithms, photogrammetry method of compiling three-dimensional object from a photo, technology, 3D printing materializing after each layer objects transferred from the computer's memory. When processing the theoretical work will be explored and discussed possibilities for realization of basic three-dimensional objects using 3D technology. The second step will be to map the different methods of access to artists working with 3D technology. In the end it tried to evaluate the benefits of these technologies in the field of sculpture and architecture in terms of traditional approaches. This paper attempts to describe the possible implications and potential of this progressive field in the classical artistic disciplines such as sculpture and architecture, both in terms of benefits and in terms of the eventual negative impact with respect to increasing the availability of this technology.

GeoRiS – Geotechnische Risikoanalyse steinschlaggefährdeter Felshänge unter Anwendung photogrammetrischer Messverfahren

Orlamünder, Marc, Ernst, Christian, Gauger, Steffen 16 July 2019 (has links)

Fiala, Jiří January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the behavior of cement concrete at high temperature with a focus on the impact behavior of aggregate, cement type and polypropylene fiber reinforcement. The theoretical part describes the issue of cement concrete at high temperatures, especially processes in the cement matrix, aggregates and polypropylene fibers. Furthermore, theoretical part describes the selection of a suitable type of cement and aggregates in concrete exposed to high temperatures. In the experimental part was designed the concrete composition with various kinds different types of aggregates and two types of cements. The temperature stress of test samples was performed according to ISO standard temperature curve 834. Subsequently, was made the verification of the physic-mechanical properties such as changes in bulk density and compressive strength after heat load. Moreover, the surface appearance of samples after heat load was evaluated, especially the occurrence of samples, the crack width and explosive spalling. Mineralogical composition changes of prepared samples before and after heat load were observed via X-ray diffraction analysis. Finally, we made a photogrammetry on a test plates after heat load which defined the size of the area and depth of spalling concrete surface.
