Système de fondation sur pieux bois : une technique millénaire pour demain / System of timber pile foundation : an old technique for todayChristin, Jérôme 09 September 2013 (has links)
La France possède un patrimoine très riche d'ouvrages d'art et de bâtiments fondés sur des pieux en bois. Les ponts construits sur la Loire, sur la Seine, le château de Chambord ou encore le Grand Palais à Paris en sont quelques exemples. Cependant, malgré un parc français important d'ouvrages bâtis sur des pieux en bois, le retour d'expérience sur la portance résiduelle et l'état de dégradation de leurs fondations est faible et non capitalisé. Les principaux objectifs de ce travail, qui s'intègre dans le projet Pieux Bois, sont d'une part, de définir une méthodologie d'analyse des fondations en bois des ouvrages visant à évaluer leur état de dégradation, et d'autre part, de proposer une méthode de dimensionnement des pieux en bois s'appuyant sur les caractéristiques pressiométriques des terrains. L'état de l'art réalisé dans le cadre de ce projet a permis d'identifier une centaine de ponts français construits sur des pieux en bois entre le Moyen-Âge et l'époque industrielle, principalement situés dans le lit des fleuves et de leurs affluents. Les désordres relevés sur ces ouvrages ainsi que les solutions de confortement mises en œuvre pour assurer leur pérennité ont été établis. La méthodologie d'analyse présentée dans un guide d'inspection des fondations en bois élaboré aux Pays-Bas a été validée lors de l'évaluation de l'état de dégradation des pieux de fondation d'un viaduc ferroviaire situé à proximité de Bordeaux. Les propriétés mécaniques de l'interface entre le sol (limon) et le bois ont été étudiées à partir d'une campagne d'essais en laboratoire à la boîte de cisaillement direct. Des essais de cisaillement d'interface avec le mortier et l'acier ont également été réalisés. L'influence de la rugosité des matériaux et de la teneur en eau du limon sur les propriétés de résistance d'interface a été examinée. Les essais de cisaillement en laboratoire ont été complétés par la réalisation de deux plots expérimentaux sur lesquels des pieux en bois ont été battus et chargés en compression. Les pieux ont été préalablement munis d'un système d'instrumentation accueillant un chapelet d'extensomètres amovibles. Les résultats de ces essais de chargement ont été intégrés dans une base de données d'essais de pieux en bois construite à partir de données publiées dans la littérature. La démarche mise en œuvre pour établir les règles pressiométriques présentées dans la nouvelle norme d'application nationale de l'Eurocode 7 a été reprise et modifiée. Les études statistiques menées à partir de cette base de données ont permis de proposer un modèle de calcul des résistances de pointe et de frottement des pieux en bois battus dans les argiles limons et les sables graves / Many buildings and bridges built on timber pile foundations still stand in France. The bridges on rivers “Loire” and “Seine”, the castle of Chambord, the “Grand Palais” in Paris are a few examples of French monuments founded on timber piles. However, despite a large number of buildings and bridges constructed in France, the feedback on the residual bearing capacity and the degradation of timber piles is scarce. The main objectives of this work, which is part of the “Pieux Bois” national research project, are, on the one hand, to define a methodology in order to analyze timber pile foundations degradation, and on the other hand, to propose a design method of timber piles based on the results obtained from pressuremeter tests. The state of the art made in the national project identified about one hundred French bridges built on timber piles between the Middle Ages and the industrial era. They are mainly located in basins of rivers. Pathologies were observed on bridges and reinforcement solutions were implemented in order to avoid any future problems. The methodology for the inspection of timber pile foundations given in the Dutch guide was applied to investigate the degradation of timber piles under an existing railway bridge near Bordeaux. Series of laboratory tests were carried out on soil (silt) and wood with a direct shear box. The mechanical properties of the interface were studied. Shear tests between mortar, steel and silt were also carried out. The influence of material roughness and silt moisture content on the shear strength properties of the interface was examined. In addition, timber piles were driven and loaded on two experimental sites. The timber piles were instrumented with removable extensometers. The results of these load tests were included in a database which contained timber piles loading test results published in literature. The approach adopted to establish the design method of deep foundation based on the results obtained from pressuremeter tests described in the new national standard for application of Eurocode 7 was modified. A new model of calculation of timber piles shaft and base resistance driven in clay silt and sand gravels was determined with statistical studies from this database

Sockelkonstruktionen är en del av grundkonstruktionen i en byggnad där yttervägg möter mark. Den är en utsatt del av en byggnads klimatskärm och exponeras både för det svenska klimatet och markfukt. Projektering av en sockelkonstruktion är tidskrävande och kräver stor kunskap inom flera områden för att uppnå de krav som ställs. Syftet med denna rapport är att underlätta och förbättra projekteringen av sockelkonstruktioner hos uppdragsgivande byggkonstruktionsföretaget Kåver & Mellin. För att uppfylla syftet är målet att rapporten ska fungera som ett vägledande underlag som kan användas vid projektering av sockelkonstruktioner. Underlaget ska utgå från kriterierna funktion, beständighet, byggbarhet och utformning. Genom en litteraturstudie i kombination med kvalitativ datainsamling och kvalitativa intervjuer med sakkunniga i byggbranschen framställdes resultatet. Detta har legat till grund för analys och slutsats. Resultatet visar att det finns många sätt att utforma en sockelkonstruktion för att uppnå det krav som ställs. Viktiga faktorer vid utformning av sockelkonstruktioner är byggprojektets förutsättningar och de i sockelkonstruktionen ingående delarnas möten och material. Mer ingående rekommendationer återfinns i rapporten under slutsatser. Resultatet indikerade också att det inte finns tydliga regler för hur sockelkonstruktioner ska utföras. Olika regelverk tolkas olika vilket visar på ett behov av att informationen tydliggörs. Denna rapport kan ses som ett vägledande underlag att använda vid projektering av sockelkonstruktioner. / The base of the construction where the outer wall is connected to the ground plate is the connection dealt with in this report. We refer to it as the base. The base leads the loads from the building down to the ground and is supposed to protect the building from outer impact. This part of the building shell is well exposed with the Swedish climate and in constant contact with wet ground. Forming a base is difficult in many ways and demands knowledge in many different areas. It takes a great amount of time and it is hard to be sure that you fulfill the specific demand of each construction in each project. The aim of this report is to make the process of forming a base easier and better for the sponsoring company Kåver & Mellin. The report is supposed to lead to a written report that could be used as a guide when forming bases. The report is based on the four criterias: function, constructability, constancy and shaping. The result came from studying literature, interviewing experts in the branch of building construction combined with sorting drawings of bases from former projects at Kåver & Mellin. The result has been analyzed and lead to several wide and narrow conclusions about bases. The result showed that there are many ways of forming a base to reach the demand of each project. Aspects to think about when forming a base is the demands of each project and the materials and connections in the base. The result also showed that there are no clear directions of how to form a base in a building. Different laws and rules can be read in different ways depending on who is reading which shows that the guidelines could be clearer. This report is a guide of how to think when forming a base in a building.

The aim of this work is to prepare the implementation of the reconstruction and extension of the Teaching hospital Brno Bohunice. Implementation of major technological stages is addressed in building technological study. Work includes selected legal procedures before the start of construction work, such as opening the envelopes and investor-supplier contract for the work. Further work solution contains selected technological processes of each sub-job phases, complemented by technological regulations, proposals for major construction machinery, selected inspection and test plans. As part of my work I will work with subcontractors to perform CFA piles, so I deal with on demand system for subcontractors, notice of award, issuing orders and delivery site for subcontractors. I believe that the subject of occupational health and safety on the jobsite is an important chapter construction and will therefore address the safety and health of people at work drawing up a plan OHS and OHS coordination meetings. Work will also be supplemented by information site equipment, time and financial plans and drawings of all the individual components specified in the Annexes. The content of my work is also a doctoral student competition entitled "Modern technologies and materials", where thoughts about the implementation superaseptických surgeries new technologies. This diploma thesis deals with design of office building with warehouse. The buildings are situated on slightly sloping terrain in cadastre unit of Sudoměřice u Tábora. Both buildings have rectangular shape and are connected with two sides. The Alemat s.r.o. company is internet shop, predominately with electronics. In the office building is also showroom where are some products will be shown. The warehouse will serve for receipt and issue of goods and to store them. The perimeter walls of office building is designed from ceramic block thickness of 250mm, for example Heluz Family 25. The walls will be insulated with 200mm of expanded polystyrene. The foundation construction is designed as foundation strips from plain concrete and permanent formwork brick filled with concrete and reinforced with steel. The ceiling construction is designed as prestressed panels thickness of 250mm. The roof is flat with main hydro isolation made of plasticized PVC foil loaded with pea gravel. The main construction of warehouse will be made of steel frames. The exterior skin of the warehouse will form panels Kingspan thickness of 140mm. The foundation construction is designed as monolithic foundation pads. Between the pads will be monolith grade beams. The roof is designed also from Kingspan panels.
