Darbo tikslas yra perengti Ginučių ąžuolyno gamtotvarkos planą, jame esančios biologinės įvairovės išsaugojimui. Saugomos teritorijos dažnai atsiduria keleto socialinių ir ekonominių interesų sandūroje, todėl strateginio planavimo dokumentai yra būtini tinkamui teritorijos tvarkymui. Ginučių ąžuolynui reikia parengti gamtotvarkos planą, nes šioje teritorijoje sutinkamos Europinės svarbos buveine (9080*), Europinės svarbos Orchis mascula* rūšies populiacija, bei keletas Lietuvos mastų retųjų augalų ir grybų rūšių populiacijos. Be tinkamo teritorijos tvarkymo, šios biologinės vertybės gali išnykti! Ruošiant šį darbą, autorė vadovavosi aplinkos ministro patvirtintais reikalavimais gamtotvarkos planų rengimui. Naudojant literatūros šaltinius ir specialistų konsultacijas – buvo paruošta Ginučių ąžuolyno teritorijos gamtotvarkos plano aprašomoji dalis, įvertinti socialiniai ir ekonominiai teritorijos tvarkymo aspektai. Išanalizavus turimus duomenys, buvo iškeltas gamtotvarkos plano tikslas, nustatyti efektyvūs būdai šiam tikslui pasiekti. Įskaitant Valstybę, Ginučių ąžuolynas priklauso 26 fiziniams ir juridiniam asmenims, todėl už gamtotvarkos priemonių įgyvendinimui numatyta daug vykdytojų. Lėšų poreikis parinktų priemonių gerai buveinių būklei palaikyti – yra minimalus. Gyvajai aplinkai būdinga nuolatinė kaita, todėl šiame darbe yra numatyti reguliarūs teritorijos pokyčių stebėjimas ir jų vertinimas. / The aim of this thesis is to formulate an environmental action plan for the preservation of biological diversity of the Ginučiai oak-wood. Protected areas often end up in a contraposition between several conflicting social end economical issues, thus strategic planning is essential for a proper management of the protected area. A plan of environmental action must be prepared for the Ginučiai oak-wood because it contains Natural Habitats of European Importance (9080*) and also is a habitat of a Population of European importance – a population of a species Orchis mascula*. It is also a habitat of several rare plant and fungi species of a national importance and without proper management these valuable species might face extinction. While preparing this thesis, the author followed requirements for environmental action plans approved by the minister of environment. Social and economical aspects of the management of the area were estimated and a descriptive part of the environmental action plan for the Ginučiai oak-wood was prepared with the help of literary sources and expert recommendations. Effective means for achieving this plan were determined after an evaluation of available information.
