Orientador: Rejane Galvão Coutinho / Banca: Mirian Celeste Martins / Banca: Maria Helena Wagner Rossi / Resumo: Esta dissertação se propõe a compreender o desenvolvimento estético dos meus alunos da 1a e da 8a séries do Ensino Fundamental em uma Cooperativa de Ensino na cidade de Fernandópolis, interior do Estado de São Paulo. O desenvolvimento estético é abordado aqui como uma possibilidade da qual o professor dispõe para identificar as diferentes formas de compreensão que os alunos têm da arte, além de permitir-lhe adequar suas propostas pedagógicas às potencialidades e limites dos alunos. Sendo o desenvolvimento estético um processo que depende da qualidade das experiências que os sujeitos têm com a arte, a minha formação estética - resultante de experiências e histórias com a arte - foi também motivo de reflexão nesta pesquisa, uma vez que é determinante para a minha atuação em sala de aula e para a minha relação com a arte e que se reflete na formação estética dos meus alunos. A leitura de imagem foi utilizada como método para avaliar o desenvolvimento estético dos alunos e dois instrumentos distintos - uma entrevista e uma avaliação escrita - foram elaborados para que eles pudessem falar sobre as imagens. Diferentes tipos de perguntas e imagens foram testados nestes instrumentos, com a finalidade de identificar aqueles que se adéquam melhor à avaliação do desenvolvimento estético dos alunos e ao mesmo tempo à estimulação desse desenvolvimento. Além disso, também fiz uma leitura de imagens visando identificar as minhas formas pessoais de compreensão da arte, o que ampliou o meu olhar sobre as falas dos alunos. O conceito de curadoria educativa veio contribuir para a reflexão sobre as escolhas que faço como professora e para a consciência da influência delas sobre o desenvolvimento estético dos alunos, para a ampliação de seus repertórios e para a sua formação estética... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This research intends to understand the aesthetic development of my students from first and eighth grade of Basic Formation in a school from Fernandópolis, São Paulo. The aesthetic development is treated here as a possibility that a teacher has to identify different forms of comprehension that students have of art, and also permit the teacher to adapt his pedagogical propose to students possibilities and limits. As the aesthetic development is a process that depends of the quality of the persons experiences with arts, in this research my aesthetic formation was also analyzed, considering my experiences and histories with art, once it determinate my teaching in classroom and my relationship with art and this is going to influence my student aesthetic formation. An image reading was used as a method to evaluate the aesthetic development of students and two different instruments - an interview and a questionnaire - was prepared for them to talk about the images. Different kind of questions and images were tested in this instrument, intending to identify those which better adapts to evaluate students aesthetic development and as the same time stimulates this development. On top of that, I also made an image reading trying to identify my own personal forms of art comprehension, what gave me other points of views of students talk about images. The concept of educative guardianship came to help reflecting about chooses that I make as a teacher and to notice the influence of them in the students aesthetic formation, to increase students repertory and their aesthetic formation. Both grades demonstrated different form of art comprehension and they revealed in their speech their references and preferences that constitutes their repertory and their values that orientates there image reading and their art comprehension... Orientador: José Luiz Guimarães / Banca: Geovanio Edervaldo Rossato / Banca: Elizabeth Piemonte Constantino / Resumo: Esta pesquisa refere-se a um estudo sobre a questão das políticas públicas na área da infância e juventude, referenciado no Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente e no Conselho Tutelar do município de Assis/SP. O objetivo principal foi a análise destes órgãos enquanto mecanismos de controle social, gestão, implantação e fiscalização de políticas públicas. Com vistas a atingir esse objetivo, inicialmente fizemos um recorte da história do atendimento à crianças e adolescentes no Brasil, amparados pela bibliografia, bem como pelas normativas legais na área da infância e adolescência, traçando um percurso desde a condição de "não-ser" da criança à noção de "sujeito de direitos", bem como a contextualização de outras categorias conceituais relacionadas ao nosso objeto de estudo, imprescindíveis para o seu entendimento. Para coleta de dados utilizamos a Observação (das reuniões do Conselho), Análise de Fontes Documentais (atas e demais documentos do órgão) e Entrevistas (com os Conselheiros com mandato vigente à época da coleta e outros já desligados da função). O material colhido, via entrevistas, foi organizado e analisado com base na Análise de Conteúdo, na perspectiva de Laurence Bardin. A discussão dos dados foi permeada pela revisão da bibliografia e da legislação referente ao tema, procurando contextualizar a questão das políticas públicas para a infância e juventude dentro de um processo de construção social, histórico e cultural, e uma tentativa de apreensão dos Conselhos de Direitos e Tutelares enquanto instâncias atravessadas por forças institucionais, sociais e políticas. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This research relates to a study on the issue of political public in the area of children and Youth, identified in City Council Rights of the Child and Adolescent Council and the Tutelar Council in the City of Assis. The main objective was to analyze these bodies as mechanisms of social control, management, implementation and monitoring of policies public. In order to achieve this goal, initially made a cut of history of care for children and adolescents in Brazil, supported by bibliography as well as the laws in the field of childhood and adolescence, tracing a path from a "non-being "of the child the notion of "subject of rights" and the background of other conceptual categories related to our object of study, essential for your understanding.
