Dělníci autorského práva. Agentura DILIA v období tzv. normalizace ve vzpomínkách tehdejších zaměstnanců / Copyright workers. The agency DILIA during the time of so-called normalization in memories of its employees

Burman, Markéta January 2019 (has links)
In this thesis, I present Dilia, the Theater and Literary Agency, at the time of so-called normalization from the perspective of its employees. On the basis of available documentation, the organization's history from the beginning of 1949 until 1990 (a time of revolutionary societal changes) is mapped. Then I describe the organizational structure and different scope of work of each department and afterwards I turn back to the history again, this time with the focus on historical events, especially during the time of so-called normalization. I present the events as they were related to corresponding changes in directorship. In this thesis, I discover on the background of the era how the former employees recall their everyday life. I recall the employees' recollections of everyday life, working and private, in the context of the era. These recollections include forced membership in social organizations. Ultimately, they assess their their lives the vantage of today.

I will also be interested in the relationship to the biggest rival within AC Sparta Praha, or the possibility of club artifacts, which are now available in a wealth of, but always be. Even fans have their asociations. Aside from the fact that they are associated fan support such as an expert and tribune, which have great influence as a club support and at the end of the work focusing on their relationship to the club, why they chose Slavia and what it means for them. For this work I chose the method of qualitative research, which oral history and field research, which I found due to the nature of the work appropriate. This diploma thesis is working with the method of grounded theory and aims by means of interdisciplinary synthesis contributing to the enrichment of values for researchers practicing the method of oral history, who's become its current representatives. Research of psychological and psychotherapeutic approaches to the practice of oral history is not just a theoretical self-synthesis, but the work is enriched by practical experiences from clinical practice of auxiliary specialists (psychologists and therapists), who were asked about theoretical questions firstly, then about few questions about trauma presence in typical interviews with four narrator. Narrator`s participate in project "Memory of the Nation" and it is possible to assume potential existence of trauma inside them - looking at their life experiences. The following thesis focuses on the long-term consequences of Partition of India on a micro-level. The thesis examines the life-history of a family that has been spatially divided owing to the decision of some family members who decided to migrate from India to Pakistan. Current, and past familial relations as well as the relationship of the spatially displaced family, specifically focusing on the relationship of the Indo-Pakistani family parts have been analysed. Kulturně-historické práce Aloise Jiráska / Cultural and historical works of Alois Jirásek

Pokorná, Gabriela January 2020 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is to present Alois Jirásek as an author of popular texts, both educative and tendentious, published in contemporary periodicals or reprinted in his collected works as the case may be; and thus adjust his conventional picture as a writer exclusively of fiction. Jirásek's writings on historical and cultural topics, having largely been on the margins of scholarly focus (as secondary literature appears to refer to them on very few occasions), shall be stratified and characterized here, as well as contrasted and compared with the works of other selected authors. The work attempts to reflect their merits educative and instructive, and - assembling all the fundamental information - aims to serve as the basis for further research and outline its possibilities. Polyfonie tematizace. Dialektika narativů korejské války s přihlédnutím ke genezi dílčích motivů / Polyphony of thematisation. A Dialectic of Korean war narratives with regard to the genesis of partial motifs

Valošek, Matěj January 2020 (has links)
The topic of this work is a multifaceted, in times permeating or partially blending view of the Korean war, a view which is, above all, disproving itself in many subnarratives. This view was constructed from various period sources, namely official and unofficial diplomatic materials, periodical press, reports of United Nations Committee and an immediate (partially also delayed) reflection of the Korean war as it was presented by the authors/the propaganda of the Eastern and Western blocs. The subject of my analysis is then argumentation, the genesis of relabeling of individual narratives and significant motives, connections between individual alternative histories as they were being built, relations between significant subordinate motives (those which are crucial for the complete narrative of the war) as they tie into the context, all of the above realized in my concept of syntax of a propagandistic picture of reality and a fictional world.

Nový přístup k československému pařížskému exilu v období normalizace prostřednictvím orálně-historických pramenů / For a New Approach to the Czechoslovak Exile in Paris during the Normalisation through Oral Sources

Martin, Clemence Julia January 2020 (has links)
This thesis is a contribution to the study of the Czechoslovakian exile in France with a special focus on the years 1968-1989, or the so-called Normalization. The aim is to answer certain questions that can only be approached through oral history. Thus, on the basis of interviews with six different narrators, we will try to understand the reasons and conditions of their departure before focusing on the establishment of their new life without reference points in Paris, far from home but also in contact with other migrants. As exile has shaped our narrators, special attention will be paid to questions of identity and memory. Keywords: Exile, Czechoslovakia, France, Communism, Normalization, Oral History.
