Bebida Saludable Nutri Q’umara / Healthy drink Nutri Q’umara

El presente proyecto trata de la bebida saludable Nutri Q’umara en presentación de 250ml, elaborada a base de camu camu, huasaí, miel de abeja y conservante natural, libre de azúcar procesada y aditivos artificiales, esta bebida tiene un tiempo de caducidad de cuatro meses con la finalidad de preservar los componente bioactivos de sus ingrediente naturales, tales como carotenoides, antioxidantes, vitamina C, omega3, 6, 9; y compuestos fenólicos como antocianinas y taninos que aportan beneficios para salud del consumidor porque ayudan reducir los factores de riesgos de las enfermedades no transmisibles. En este sentido, se busca posicionar el producto con la propuesta de valor “naturalmente saludable” en el segmento de clientes que son hombres y mujeres de 18 a 55 años de edad del NSE A, B y C de las zonas 6 y 7 de Lima Metropolitana, quienes son consumidores con estilo de vida sofisticado y moderno que valoran la calidad antes que el precio, por eso, prefieren comprar y consumir alimentos naturales y saludables bajos en azúcar, sin colorante artificial para evitar las enfermedades no transmisibles. Cabe indicar, que los productos serán distribuidos por el canal directo a través de ecoferias y por el canal indirecto a través de negocios especializados en la venta de productos naturales y saludables, tales como: supermercados, minimarket, biobodegas, ecotiendas, además, por el marketplace se realizará la venta online con entrega a domicilio, donde el cliente contará con una pasarela de pago segura y recibirá su pedido en un plazo de 24 horas. / This project is about of the healthy drink called Nutri Q’umara which comes in a 250ml presentation. It contains camu camu, huasaí, honey, a natural preservative, and is free of processed sugars and artificial additives. It has a shelf life of four months so it can preserve the bioactive components of its natural ingredients, such as carotenoids, antioxidants, Vitamin C, Omega 3, 6 and 9, and phenolic compounds such as anthocyanins and tannins, which contribute to consumer’s health decreasing the risk for non-communicable diseases. In this sense, our proposal to position this product is based on its “naturally healthy value”. The market sector that the product is targeted to is composed of men and women between ages 18 - 55 from Socioeconomic Status A, B and C of zones 6 and 7 of Lima City, who are consumers with a sophisticated, modern lifestyle and prefer quality over price consuming and acquiring natural and healthy foods, low in sugar, free of artificial colors aiming to prevent non-communicable diseases. The product will be distributed directly through ecomarkets, and indirectly through businesses specialized in natural and healthy products, such as: supermarkets, minimarkets, bio-grocery stores and ecostores. Online selling with delivery service will be available through the marketplace relying on online security payment methods allowing clients to receive their products within 24 hours. / Trabajo de investigación
