El presente trabajo de investigación trata acerca de la gestión de riesgo y su impacto en la rentabilidad de las empresas del Sector de Hidrocarburos del distrito de San Juan de Miraflores, año 2019-2020. Si bien la definición de riesgo puede ser muy amplia, para definir el campo de estudio se han enfocado en: riesgo de seguridad y salud, riesgo ambiental, riesgo regulatorio y riesgo de imagen. Estos riesgos son gestionados en mayor o menor medida por sus administradores de acuerdo a sus necesidades o según su percepción frente a las posibles consecuencias por no realizarlos; por ello, el interés de conocer el impacto de la gestión de este tipo de riesgos en la rentabilidad de las empresas del sector hidrocarburos. De esta forma, la investigación se divide en cinco capítulos: el Capítulo I, Marco Teórico, se definen los conceptos relacionados con las palabras clave utilizadas en la investigación; el Capítulo II, Plan de Tesis, se presenta el problema, los objetivos y las hipótesis; el Capítulo III, Metodología de Investigación, se define el tipo de Investigación, la población y el tamaño de la muestra realizando el análisis mixto; el Capítulo IV, Desarrollo, se realiza la aplicación de los instrumentos cuantitativo y cualitativo, asimismo se esboza un caso práctico para simular de qué forma la Gestión de Riesgo tiene un impacto en la rentabilidad; finalmente, el Capítulo V, Análisis de Resultados, se analiza los resultados con la finalidad de validar las hipótesis utilizando instrumentos estadísticos, finalizando con las conclusiones y recomendaciones. / The Present researching work is about risk management and the impact profitability of companies in the hydrocarbons sector of San Juan de Miraflores district, year 2019-2020.While the definition of risk can be very broad, to define the field of study. It has focused on the following risks: safety and health risk, environmental risk, regulatory risk and image risk. Due to the nature of the industry and the obligatory nature of the formalization for the operation, these risks are managed to greater or lesser extent by their needs or according to their perception of the possible consequences to not carrying them out; consequently, the interest in knowing the impact of managing this type of risk on the profitability from companies in the hydrocarbons sector. In this way, the research is divided into five chapters: Chapter I, Theoretical Framework, defines the concepts related to the keywords used in the research; Chapter II, Thesis Plan, presents the problem, the objectives and the hypotheses; Chapter III, Research Methodology, defines the type of research, the population and the size of the sample, performing the mixed analysis; Chapter IV, Development, applies the quantitative and qualitative instruments, a practical case is also outlined to simulate how Risk Management has an impact on profitability; Finally, Chapter V, Analysis of results, analyzes the results in order to validate the hypotheses using statistical instruments, ending with the conclusions and recommendations. / Tesis

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el impacto de la Ley de Promoción de la Inversión en la Amazonía sobre la rentabilidad de empresas comercializadoras de gas GLP en Huánuco, en el año 2020. Ya que, en la actualidad, esta ley no está cumpliendo con el propósito para el que fue creado, puesto que el precio del balón de GLP en dicha localidad es igual o mayor, en comparación, a otras regiones en donde no son afectas a la ley. El trabajo de investigación constará de cinco capítulos. En el Capítulo I Marco teórico, se utilizan fuentes primarias para desarrollar conceptos de nuestras variables: Ley de Inversión en la Amazonía, rentabilidad y sector GLP. En el Capitulo II Plan de Investigación, se formula la situación problemática, problema principal y específicos, objetivo principal y específicos, hipótesis general y específicas. En el Capítulo III Metodología de la investigación, definimos la población para las muestras cualitativas y cuantitativas. En el Capítulo IV Desarrollo de la investigación, se realizarán entrevistas a profundidad, encuestas y caso práctico. Finalmente, en el Capítulo V Análisis de Resultados, validaremos la hipótesis general y específica en base a los resultados obtenidos. / The objective of this research work is to determine the impact of the Law for the Promotion of Investment in the Amazon on the profitability of LPG trading companies in Huánuco, year 2020. At present, the law is not fulfilling the purpose for which it was created, since the price of the LPG ball in that location is equal or greater in purchase to other regions where they are not affected by the law.
