The dissertation research analyses the theory and practice of providing services for the organisation of sporting and mass participation events based on the study of scientific literature, regulatory documents and open information sources; analysis of the services market of mass sports and entertainment events in the city of Serov has been conducted; technological process of providing services of sporting and mass participation events ‘Sprint on Preobrazhenskaya’ has been developed. The positive results obtained in the course of the research allow to recommend the research materials to the professional audience working in this industry. / В диссертационном исследовании проанализированы теория и практика предоставления услуг по организации спортивно-массовых мероприятий на основе изучения научной литературы, нормативных документов и открытых информационных источников, проведен анализ рынка услуг массовых спортивных и зрелищных мероприятий в городе Серове, разработан технологический процесс предоставления услуги спортивно-массового мероприятия «Спринт на Преображенской» . Полученные в ходе исследования положительные результаты позволяют рекомендовать разработки кругу специалистов, работающих в данной отрасли.
