The aim: to improve the efficiency of business processes in the promotion of the company in social networks on the example of Instagram.
To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved:
1. To study the theoretical foundations of the use of information systems for the efficiency of business processes.
2. To analyze the use of social networks to promote the company on the market.
3. To develop an information product promoting the company in the market.
4. To analyze the effectiveness of the introduction of information product based on Instagram.
Object of study: The social network Instagram.
Subject of research: business process of enterprise promotion "Points Kudelina".
Results of work:
1) Considered the business processes of the enterprise, the necessity of the use of information technologies to improve business efficiency.
2) Studied options for promoting the company's products on the market, as well as the methods of conducting an advertising campaign in Instagram.
3) An advertising campaign was conducted by LLC "Points" and an assessment of its economic efficiency was made. / Цель работы: повышение эффективности бизнес-процессов при продвижении компании в социальных сетях на примере Instagram.
Для достижения цели поставлены и решены следующие задачи:
1. Изучить теоретические основы использования информационных систем для эффективности бизнес-процессов.
2. Проанализировать использование социальных сетей для продвижения компании на рынке.
3. Разработать информационный продукт продвижения компании на рынке.
4. Проанализировать эффективность внедрения информационного продукта на основе Instagram.
Объект исследования: Социальная сеть Instagram.
Предмет исследования: бизнес-процесс продвижения предприятия
«Очки Куделиной».
Результаты работы:
1) Рассмотрены бизнес-процессы предприятия, обоснована необходимость применения информационных технологий для повышения эффективности бизнеса.
2) Изучены варианты продвижения продукции компании на рынке, а также представлена методика проведения рекламной кампании в
Instagram.
3) Проведена рекламная кампания ООО "Очки" и сделана оценка еѐ экономической эффективности.

This diploma work deals with specific business concept and with possibilities of a company promotion on the Internet. The theoretical segment contains a survey of the Internet business models and a synopsis of current individual forms of promotion used on the Internet. There are described advantages and disadvantages of banner advertising, contextual advertising, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social networks and affiliate marketing. The final part of theoretical section of the thesis is dedicated to the possibilities of propagation efficiency measurements. Practical part of the diploma work introduces author's own business concept and its business model. The description of specific methods of propagation realized in congruence with the noted business concept follows.
