Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This study aimed to investigate the main morphometry, the flow, the water quality and the soil use of the river basin of the igarapé Carrapato, located in Boa Vista, RR. For the morphometry of the basins igarapé Carrapato maps were used in mapping and urveying field with the use of GPS and altimeter. For the flow, measures have been taken with the monthly use of a reel, over a year. For the water quality, in four points of the stretch of main water, water was collected to evaluate the turbidity, the levels of potassium and iron, pH, electrical conductivity, levels of sodium, calcium and magnesium. The climatological water balance (BHC) of the basin was done using the data collected from the basin and the precipitation and evapotranspiration estimated by Penman- Monteith FAO / Este trabalho teve por objetivo principal estudar a morfometria, a vazão, a qualidade da água e o uso do solo da bacia hidrográfica do igarapé Carrapato, localizado em Boa Vista, RR. Para a morfometria da bacia hidrográfica do igarapé Carrapato foram utilizados mapas cartográficos e levantamento em campo com o uso de GPS e altímetro. Para vazão, medidas mensais foram feitas com o uso de um molinete ao longo de um ano. Para a qualidade da água, em quatro pontos do curso d`água principal, a água foi coletada para avaliação da turbidez, dos teores de potássio e ferro, pH, condutividade elétrica, teores de sódio, cálcio e magnésio. O balanço hídrico climatológico (BHC) da bacia foi feito utilizando-se dados de precipitação coletados na bacia e a evapotranspiração estimado por Penman-Monteith FAO
