In rebuilding some of the key Marxist concepts, we attempt to demystify the debate on the currently hailed by some theory of "post-great industry" in capitalist, considering this as fruit derived from a change in the organization of work (the "post - Fordism "), allegedly taking us to a moment of invalidity of the Marxist theory of value ( post-Marxist ). In disqualifying such concepts and claims, we seek to resume the analysis of social dynamics based on the theory of value, adding some new concepts that fit into it and that we credited as being more suitable for studying the changes observed in the industry and work today / O objetivo deste trabalho é reconstruir, sob um ponto de vista marxista, o debate acerca da centralidade do trabalho como fonte de criação do valor no atual estágio de desenvolvimento das forças produtivas capitalistas, o qual denominamos superindústria . Ao reconstruir alguns dos principais conceitos marxistas, busca-se desmistificar o debate em torno da por alguns atualmente aclamada teoria da pós-grande indústria capitalista, entendendo esta como fruto derivado de uma alteração na forma de organização do trabalho (o pós-fordismo ), pretensamente nos levando a um momento de nulidade da teoria do valor marxista ( pós-marxista ). Ao desqualificar tais conceitos e pretensões, procura-se retomar a análise da dinâmica social com base na teoria do valor, somando-se alguns novos conceitos que a ela se coadunam e que creditamos como mais adequados para estudar as alterações observadas na indústria e no trabalho nos dias atuais
