<p>Predmet istraživanja predstavlja definisanje i analizu ključnih indikatora performanse prilikom donošenja strateških odluka u industrijskim preduzećima. Ispituje se uticaj ključnih indikatora performanse na organizovanje efektivne i efikasne proizvodnje uz minimalne troškove, kao i uticaj lojalnosti zaposlenih na performansu u uslužnim preduzećima. Pored naučnog doprinosa u oblasti menadžmenta, istraživanje ima i praktičnu primenu.</p> / <p>The research subject is defining and analyzing key performance indicators for making strategic decisions in industrial companies. Examines the impact of key performance indicators for organizing effective and efficient production with minimum costs, and the impact of employees&#39; loyalty to the performance of the service companies. In addition to scientific contributions in the field of management, the research also has practical application.</p>

The objective of the presented thesis is to classify the company objectives in the individual phases of its life cycle, to characterise the performance parameters of the company and the sources of financing in relation to the individual phases of its life cycle. We also analyse the performance of a sample company from the South Bohemia region and we assess the existing forms of its financing. Based on this we consider the use of other forms of financing and estimate the impact on the economic results of the company. In the theoretical part we first explain the notions company and business and the individual life cycle phases. Then we discuss the performance of the company in the individual phases of its life cycle. Another chapter focuses on the sources of financing. There are characterised the individual financial resources, divided according to various criteria. We also describe the advantages and disadvantages of the given sources of financing. The practical part contains calculations, tables, graphs and relevant comments on the received values. We assessed the situation of the company Mauring spol. s r.o., that deals in civil engineering in the building industry. We mapped the development of the company in years 1997, 2000, 2003, 2005 and 2008. We analysed the performance of the company with respect to the assessment of the forms of its financing. We also assessed the liquidity and the indebtedness. The return indicators are then compared with the average in the industry. Another part of the work focused on the assessment of the forms of financing of the sample company. We also applied the balancing rules for the company. In the final chapter we assess other forms of financing and the possible impact on the economic results of the company. The final assessment contains a summary of the achieved results as well as my own recommendations for the company {--} what should be focused on in the future in order to improve the performance of the company.

The public administration must ensure the proper management and operation of these essential devices for the full exercise of rights. Citizens, including servants and employees, need public buildings in keeping with the requirements of Brazilian technical standardization, rationality and efficiency, since they all contribute in the form of taxes to keep them functioning. The aim of this research was the development of a system of indicators to monitor the performance and efficiency of the maintenance of the systems that make up a public building. So, a system was made up of three indicators that monitor: annual maintenance expenditure, building performance and maintenance efficiency. The pre-test of these indicators in a public agency pointed to a reduction in annual maintenance expenditure between 2014 and 2016, but the performance of the building also declined, approaching its condition limit. This was confirmed by the MEI indicator, which was below the desirable number. Finally, it is presumed that such a joint can base decision making around government logistics or, precisely, administration of public buildings, as well as improve planning and budgeting in Public Administration. / Os edifícios públicos são utilizados por milhares de pessoas diariamente em todo o Brasil. A administração pública deve garantir a adequada gestão e funcionamento desses dispositivos essenciais para o exercício pleno dos direitos. Os cidadãos, incluindo servidores e colaboradores, precisam de edifícios públicos condizentes com as exigências da normalização técnica brasileira, a racionalidade e a eficiência, vez que todos contribuem na forma de impostos para mantê-los funcionando. Com isso, esta pesquisa teve por objetivo o desenvolvimento de sistema de indicadores para monitorar o desempenho e a eficiência da manutenção dos sistemas que compõem uma edificação pública. De modo que se obteve um sistema composto por três indicadores que monitoram: a despesa de manutenção anual, o desempenho da edificação e a eficiência da manutenção. O pré-teste desses indicadores em um órgão público apontou uma redução na despesa de manutenção anual entre 2014 e 2016, contudo o desempenho da edificação também diminuiu, aproximando-se de seu limite de condição. Isso foi confirmado pelo indicador MEI, que apresentou número abaixo do desejável. Por fim, presume-se que tal conjunto pode fundamentar a tomada de decisão na área de logística governamental ou, precisamente, administração de edifícios públicos, assim como melhorar o planejamento e orçamento na Administração Pública.

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of Air Bank a.s. on the market and contains a comparison of the bank with its competitors. Furthermore, the assessment uses selected indicators of financial analysis which take into account the specifics of banking. Based on the data obtained from the evaluation, the paper provides recommendations to improve the current economic situation of the bank.

This document deals with process approach and it´s use in measuring companies performance. It presents an overview of individual approaches, from traditional containing only financial indicators to modern ones using non-financial indicators and incorporating into the measurement the areas related to customers employees and more. The work also mentions the Quality Management System contained in ISO 9001: 2015 and it´s approach to performance measurement. The chapter about metrics covers performance measures, in particular key performance indicators, their purpose, properties and distribution. Here are also presented the procedures for their determination and the pitfalls to be taken into consideration in their selection and use. Next chapters are devoted to the compilation of a metric system of specific companies.
