Šiame darbe yra nagrinėjama viešųjų e. paslaugų Lietuvoje plėtra ir galimos perspektyvos. Aptariant teorinius viešųjų e.paslaugų aspektus, pateikiama tiriamojo objekto samprata, išskiriami ir plačiau apibūdinami galimi viešųjų e. paslaugų modeliai bei identifikuojami privalumai ir trūkumai. Atliekant viešųjų elektorinių paslaugų Lietuvoje analizę, pagrindinis dėmesys skiriamas viešųjų e. paslaugų ,,Vyriausybė – verslas“ bei ,,Vyriausybė – pilietis“ modelių vertinimui. Vertinant viešųjų e. paslaugų plėtros galimybes Lietuvoje yra išskiriami veiksniai, kurie gali turėti svarią įtaką viešųjų e. paslaugų plėtrai. / This masters thesis work researches the development and possible prospects of e-government services in Lithuania. The study discusses the theoretical aspects of e-government services and provides a definition of the object of study. As well, possible models of e-government are pointed out and discussed in more detail, identifying their qualities and shortcomings. While analysing e-government services in Lithuania, the main consideration is given to evaluation of models Government - Business and Government - Citizen. The development prospects of e-government services in Lithuania are evaluated, and the main factors influencing the development of e-government services are discussed.
