On aborde la structure de surface d'oxydes polaires MgO(111), NiO(111) et CoO(111) par diffraction des rayons-X en incidence rasante. Des vannes de spins épitaxiés sur du NiO(111) monocristallin sont étudiées au champitre 2. Une modélisation 3D de la croissance cristalline est présentée ensuite. La dernière partie est consacrée à la description d'une nouvelle technique - la diffraction magnétique en incidence rasante.
