1	Inventorying Landscape Assets in Rural Utah Communities: A Sociocultural Approach Hale, Jennifer F. 01 May 2007 (has links) A community's physical environment embodies distinct natural and built elements, which hold meanings and values that are formed through daily social interactions within that environment. Such elements, however, are not often recognized until they are dramatically changed or lost. As amenity-rich rural areas of the Intermountain West steadily attract new residents, consciously identifying these elements prior to rapid growth is critical to their preservation. Research suggests that strong social capital has the potential to encourage the identification of a place's visual assets prior to such change. A documentary research approach was used to understand why citizens do not actively participate in community planning and to identify possible solutions from the public participation movement. A framework was built to evaluate existing participation methods and identify specific approaches and practices which could be employed by "citizen planners" to effectively engage citizenry in identifying the visual, landscape assets while strengthening social relationships. 2	Manka a škody v účetních a daňových souvislostech ve vybraném maloobchodě, možnosti jejich řízení / Deficits and damages in the accounting and tax background in the selected retail, their management options HRADILOVÁ, Jana January 2011 (has links) The theme of my work is "Deficits and damages in the accounting and tax background in the selected retail, their management options." The aim of my work is to develop standards for the selected type of retail and possibilities of their use in specific conditions. In the theoretical part of the basic concepts are defined on the stocks in the retail and records, inventory, deficits, damages and natural decrease and reasons for their emergence and subsequent definition of deficits and damages from the accounting and tax perspective, legislation and regulations. In the practical part of the first chapter described the survey, evaluation and management agenda deficits, damages and natural decrease. The following chapter deals with the creation process for calculating and determining the subsequent percentage of withdrawals and natural decrease standards for specific retail. This chapter ends with discussions use these standards in practice.

Zdeněk Klan Company and the Partial Inventory of its Products Fliegerová, Kristina January 2020 (has links) The diploma thesis deals with the history of the production of medicines and medicinal products, the company of Zdeněk Klan and a partial inventory of specialties. The aim of the thesis was to map the time, which was characterized by the industrial production of drugs and medicines, the so-called specialties. Zdeněk Klan was able to take advantage of the situation and build his own company Dr. Mr. Zdeněk F. Klan pharmaceutical-chemical laboratory, operating in the years 1924-1948. He was able to compete with other companies with his products. The production was focused mainly on application forms for internal medicine. In addition to human preparations, he also produced preparations for veterinary use. The Klan Company succumbed to the process of nationalization in 1948, when all companies with more than 50 employees were nationalized and subsequently abolished. On the basis of the study of mainly archival sources stored in the Czech Pharmaceutical Museum in Kuks, a thesis was prepared describing this company from its establishment to nationalization. His CV was also prepared. In addition to processing information about Klan's company, the task was to invent a part of the collection of specialties and thus make it available for subsequent museum-research use through the resulting inventory. The history of the library collection, the analysis and cataloguing of its greatest part Večeře, Vít January 2020 (has links) The subject of this diploma thesis is the library of the state castle Litomyšl that was created as a product of the state institutions in the second half of the 20th century. The thesis deals with the topic in two fundamental segments - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part provides comprehensive processing of the library history and analysis of the particular unit especially from the topical, chronological and geographical point of view. The paper also focuses on the language, provenance as well as physical condition of the books and especially the graphics of the prints. From a thematic point of view, particular emphasis is placed on the most interesting, though not very numerous, group of religious prints and manuscripts. The practical part of the thesis, which consists in the cataloguing of the fund, brings the greatest factual contribution, especially to Národní památkový ústav that will therefore obtain a complex overview on one of its collections, but also to specialized public, for whom the composition of the catalogue means the possibility of the research use.
