Diploma thesis "Language of the Internet News versus Journalistic Language in the print media: Pragmalinguistic Analysis", deals with the phenomenon of convergence of the Internet news language and language of the journalistic texts in print media. Our research verifies hypothesis that "language of the Internet news has much in common with the language of the journalistic texts in print media." About thirty-eight journalistic texts and internet news from MF DNES and Lidové noviny newspapers and www.idnes.cz and www.lidovky.cz websites were analyzed. Also selected concepts of pragmalinguistic and linguistic text analysis were chosen to identify these in common phenomena and to draw conclusions on the convergence of the internet news language and language of the journalistic news in print media. Diploma thesis examines only those linguistic phenomena that appear both in the Internet news and print journalistic texts.

Este trabalho propõe uma investigação a respeito de como se deu a trajetória de formação do telejornalista brasileiro, através dos mais de 58 anos de introdução da televisão no Brasil e, ainda, quais foram as implicações causadas pelo modelo americano de telejornalismo dentro deste processo evolutivo. Outra proposta do trabalho é traçar um perfil para o profissional de telejornalismo do futuro, dentro da tevê digital, processo que já foi iniciado no país. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foram entrevistados 37 telejornalistas, que exerceram ou exercem diversas funções, nas redações de telejornalismo, agrupados desde a década de 50 até 90. As entrevistas foram orientadas pelos preceitos estabelecidos pela história oral. Além disso, a pesquisa bibliográfica e o método etnográfico, dentre outros, também foram empregados para complementar o conjunto de possibilidades metodológicas empregadas. As conclusões do trabalho revelaram durante o processo evolutivo de formação do telejornalista brasileiro, algumas fases distintas, que foram identificadas e catalogadas, de acordo com os momentos históricos, políticos e econômicos ocorridos no país, e que a influência americana existiu e ainda existe. No entanto, as características locais, culturais e ambientais fizeram com que o telejornalismo brasileiro se tornasse único no mundo, devido às suas características próprias e pontuais. / This paper aims an investigation about how the trajectory of formation of the brazilian telejournalist, through more than 58 years of the introduction of television in Brazil. Besides, how were the implications that influenced by the American telejournalism model in this developing process. Another aim of this work is to draw a profile for the future telejournalism professionals, including those who are going to work with the digital television which has already been implemented in the country. Jo develop this research 37 telejournalists, who hold different activities, were interviewed in this area. They were distributed in groups from the 50s until 90s. these interviews were oriented by the rules established by the oral history. Moreover, the bibliographical research and ethnographic method, among others, were used to complement the set of methodological possibilities used. The conclusion of this paper showed that during the developing process of the brazilian telejounalism, some different phases, that were identified and recorded in a catalog, according to some historic, political and economic moments that took place in the country, along with the American influence that still exists within this process. However, the local cultural and environmental characteristics make the brazilian telejournalism unique in the world, due to its own specific features.

A dissertação (\"Em Flagrante - leitura de fotografias de rua do cotidiano da cidade de São Paulo nas duas primeiras décadas do século XX\" tem por fio condutor a história cultural ao lidar com a representação fotográfica. O objetivo da pesquisa realizada e o de apresentar dois pontos de vista diferenciados do comportamento do homem urbano na cidade de São Paulo antiga. Essas visões cunham o memento da modernidade da fotografia, gerada pelo flagrante ou instantâneo, que e um dos impulsos para o surgimento da cultura de massa estruturada no universo dos textos visuais. O enfoque central parte da leitura de dois olhares contrastantes de uma mesma cidade: a fotografia aplicada nas revistas A Vida Moderna e A Cigarra e o trabalho autoral do fotógrafo italiano Vincenzo Pastore. As interpretações imagéticas permitem uma reflexão sobre a questão da formação cultural da identidade brasileira no primeiro quarto do século XX. / The dissertation (Snapshots- street photographs of everyday So Paulo, during the first two decades of the twentieth century\", takes cultural history as a conducting wire, while dealing with photographic representation. The objective of the study is to present two distinct points of view of the urban man on the São Paulo streets of old. These images enhance the moment of modern photography, brought about by the snapshot, as being one of the drives for the emergence of visually based mass culture. The main focus arises in observing two contrasting photographic documentation of the same city: those of the photographs employed in the magazines A Vida Moderna (Modern Life) and A Cigarra (The Cricket) and those of the Italian photographic artist Vincenzo Pastore. The interpretations of the pictures allow for an analysis of the roots of Brazil\'s cultural identity in the first quarter of the twentieth century.
