La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la viabilidad de la instalación de una planta productora de jugo concentrado para exportación a partir del arándano fresco no exportable. Para demostrar la viabilidad comercial del producto propuesto, primero se realizó un estudio de mercado. El resultado fue que el mercado objetivo de este proyecto es Estados Unidos, con una demanda insatisfecha de 25 828 718 litros para 2027 ,la presente investigación cubrirá el 7% de la demanda insatisfecha .A continuación, se realizó un estudio técnicotecnológico, determinándose la macro y microlocalización mediante el método de factores ponderados, además el método Güerchet y SLP, permitió determinar el área total de la planta; se identificó que la planta estaría ubicada en el distrito de Viru-La Libertad, con una capacidad diseñada de 2 487,51 toneladas/año y un área total de 1 567 m y finalmente, se realizó una evaluación económica financiera para evaluar la rentabilidad del proyecto. Como resultado, la inversión del proyecto es de S/ 8 938 276, y su período de recuperación es de tres años, con un VAN de S/ 4 326 569 y una TIR de 52,48%, demostrando la viabilidad del proyecto. / The objective of this research is to determine the feasibility of installing a plant to produce concentrated juice for export from non-exportable fresh blueberries. To demonstrate the commercial viability of the proposed product, a market study was first carried out. The result was that the target market for this project is the United States, with an unsatisfied demand of 25 828 718 liters by 2027, the present investigation will cover 7% of the unsatisfied demand.
