El presente trabajo es una revisión de literatura sobre los factores que influenciaron en la no ratificación del Acuerdo de Escazú en el Perú. Y se sustenta a través de una revisión sistemática de fuentes académicas, mediante los motores de búsqueda de la Biblioteca de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú y Scopus, a partir de la búsqueda de palabras referidas al Acuerdo de Escazú, grupos de influencia y la no ratificación. La literatura sobre el Acuerdo aborda la cuestión, principalmente, desde el enfoque legal y político sobre las críticas de la oposición y el debate, generando que haya un limitado acercamiento al entendimiento sobre el proceso de la pre-ratificación del Acuerdo, asimismo, no ha habido un estudio de un caso particular. Estudios de caso en esta materia es particularmente interesante dado a la existencia de escenarios complejos, como el caso de Perú, el cual ha sido el único país adherente en rechazar la ratificación. Esto último motiva nuevas investigaciones tales como cuál ha sido la influencia de grupos de poder en la no ratificación del Acuerdo de Escazú en el Perú o de qué manera las estrategias de socialización del ejecutivo tuvieron un impacto en la no ratificación en el Perú. / The present paper is a literature review regarding the factors that influenced the non-ratification of the Escazú Agreement in Peru. This research is based on a systematic review of academic sources, via the Library of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and Scopus database, from the search for words referring to the Escazú Agreement, influence groups, and non-ratification. The literature mainly addresses this topic from a legal and political perspective and focuses on analyzing the opposition argument and the debate, yielding a limited understanding of the pre-ratification process; likewise, there has not been a study of a particular case. Study cases regarding this issue are significant to understand its logic; this is particularly interesting given complex scenarios, such as Peru, the only adhering country that decided not to ratify. The latter motivates new investigations, such as the influence of power groups in the non-ratification of the Escazú Agreement in Peru or how the executive's socialization strategies impacted the nonratification in Peru.
