3D-Objekterkennung mit Jetson Nano und Integration mit KUKA KR6-Roboter für autonomes Pick-and-Place

Pullela, Akhila, Wings, Elmar 27 January 2022 (has links)

On-line korekce dráhy robotu na základě dat ze snímače vzdálenosti / On-line path correction of the robot based on the sensor data

Ržonca, Michal January 2021 (has links)
The main aim of this master’s thesis is to provide online path correction of 6 – axis robot leaded by an external distance measuring sensor interface. First part is describing the actual state and required options of some robot manufacturers. Next part justifies selection and is describing the real robotic cell. Third part is focused on programming of path correction of Kuka KR16 based on generated signal and also based on signal from distance sensor interface. There is also described the communication between PLC and robot and how to display data from robot to HMI. Last part is focused on data analysis and is describing some problems discovered by application of path correction.

Koncepce a realisace pokusného standu kooperujících robotů / The conception and realisation of experimental stand for co-operatice robots

Kocourek, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
This thesis focuses on one certain process of cooperation of two cooperating robots operating an automatic measuring station. In this process, articles are handled by two industrial robots KUKA KR6/2. The objective of this thesis was to develop, construct and put into operation a measuring station and the associated workstation. For this purpose the appropriate programs controlling the robots and the measuring stations have been developed. The reader will be acquainted with the design of the workstation and its putting into operation. In addition, the thesis describes in detail the control of the robots and their program part. At the conclusion of the paper, opportunities of optimization of the power period are addressed in brief.

Krutílek, Jan January 2010 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with a robot vision and its application to the problem of manipulation of coincidentally placed objects. There is mentioned an overview of current principles of the most frequently used vision systems on the market. With regard to the required task to be solved, there are mentioned various possibilities of using basic softsensors during the recognition of different objects. The objective of this Diploma thesis is also programming and realization of a demonstration application applying knowledge of PLC programming, knowledge of expert programming KRL language (for KUKA robots), knowledge of designing scripts for smart camera in Spectation software and knowledge of network communication among all devices used in this case.

Návrh robotické buňky pro bodové svařování / Design of a Robotic Cell for Spot Welding Application

Kaňa, Vojtěch January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to design a robotic cell for spot welding of seat reinforcement and the subsequent automatic transport of the part from the cell. Both construction plan and process simulation in Process Simulate should be performed there. It is therefore an application for the automotive industry. The cell consists of a device into which the operator places the parts and is placed on the designed turntable. The welding is performed by two Kuka robots and welding tongs attached to them. The thesis deals with the design of the structure and the choice of individual components, as well as their appropriate deployment in the cell. Along with the design of the cell, the simulation was processed in the software. The output of the thesis is a 3D model of the workplace, simulation of the whole process of welding and manipulation and evaluation of the cell cycle using the RCS module.
