Trata-se de um estudo compreensivo, descritivo e qualitativo, os dados foram obtidos mediante uma pesquisa de campo, assente em entrevistas semi-estruturadas e observações diretas. As conclusões saídas do estudo apresentam o comércio de rua numa perspectiva dinâmica salientando que ao mesmo tempo em que constitui hoje uma das faces mais marcante da economia de Luanda, a sua presença se afirma desde os primórdios da cidade. / The dissertation examines the presence of woman's theme in the informal sector of Luanda, particularizing the survival strategy and life history of woman street sellers' case. This is a comprehensive study, descriptive and qualitative data were obtained through field research, based on semi-structured interviews and direct comments. The conclusions resulting from the study show the street trading in a dynamic stressing at the same time as it is today one of the most striking faces of the economy here, its presence is said from the beginning of the city.
