Remiantis pasaulio statistika, klaidos medicinoje (toliau – KM) yra dažnas įvykis, o jų kaina dažnai kelia grėsmę visai sveikatos priežiūros sistemai. Klaidos kuria neigiamą įvaizdį apie medikų visuomenę, trukdo vystytis partneriškiems gydyjo-paciento santykiams. Tačiau tarptautinė statistika akcentuoja, kad daugiau nei pusę KM galima išvengti. Kokia tikroji KM situacija Lietuvoje nėra žinoma, nes iki šiol mokslinių tyrimų šioje srityje nebuvo atliekama. Darbo tikslas: Ištirti medicinos studentų ir gydytojų rezidentų žinias bei nuomonę apie klaidą medicinoje. Darbo metodika: 2011 m. rugsėjo – gruodžio mėnesiais atlikta medicinos studentų ir gydytojų rezidentų, dirbančių, VšĮ RVUL ir VšĮ VUL SK, anketinė apklausa taikant patogiosios atrankos metodą. Klausimyno Cronbach alfa - 0,72. Statistinei analizei panaudota 250 anketų. Nepriklausomoms imtims palyginti taikyti Stjudent‘o, Mann Whitney ir Kruskal Wallis testai. Ryšiams tarp kintamųjų nustatyti taikyti Spearman‘o koreliacijos ir Cramer’s V koeficientai. Siekiant nustatyti, kaip į priklausomąjį kintamąjį – pritarimą teiginiui ar nepritarimą – veikia respondento lytis ir statusas (studentas/rezidentas), taikyta binarinė logistinė regresija (Nagelkerkės determinacijos koeficientas (R2)). Statistinio reikšmingumo lygmuo p≤0,05. Rezultatai: Tyrimo imtį sudarė 165 medicinos studentai (66,0%) ir 85 rezidentai (34,0%). Studentų amžiaus vidurkis 23,3±0,9 metai, rezidentų – 28,0±2,2 metai. The price of them is often a burden of the health care system. Errors make a negative image of doctors and is a threat for partneships between doctors and patients. However, more than half of EM can be avoided. The situation on EM is not known in Lithuania, because there is no any studies on this. Aim: To investigate knowledge and opinion about the error in medicine among medical students and residents. Methods: medical students and residents were selected by convenience sampling method from RVUL and VUL SK hospitals in 2011 Sep - Dec. Cronbach alpha of questionnaire - 0.72. 250 questionnaires were used in statistical analysis. Student's, Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis tests were used to compare unpaired samples. Spearman's correlation and Cramer's V coefficients were used to determine relations between variables. A binary logistic regression (Nagelkerkes coefficient of determination (R2)) was used to determine how the tied variable - approval or disapproval – depends from respondent's sex and status (student/resident).
