Sammanfattning Syftet med studien är att undersöka förekomsten och placeringen av samarbets- och kommunikationsuppgifter i matematikläromedel för årskurs tre. Vidare är syftet att granska dessa uppgifter djupare för att ta reda på vilken typ av kommunikation de uppmanar till samt vilka kognitiva nivåer uppgifterna har. För att svara på mitt syfte har jag gjort en läromedelsanalys av fyra olika matematikläromedel i årskurs tre. Resultatet visar att i alla analyserade läromedel tillkom över hälften av antalet uppgifter genom att använda lärarhandledningen jämfört med att endast använda läroboken. Studiens resultat visar därmed vikten av att använda sig att lärarhandledningen för att till fullo kunna utnyttja läromedlet som resurs. Vidare visar studien att arbete i par är den vanligaste kommunikationsformen som det uppmanas till genom läromedlen. Resultatet visar också att störst antal av samarbets- och kommunikationsuppgifterna befinner sig på låga kognitiva nivåer, vilket enligt forskning inte gynnar en kommunikativ matematikundervisning. / Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine the presence and placement of cooperation- and communication tasks in curricular materials in mathematics for third grade. The purpose is also to analyse the tasks to find out what kind of communication they lead to, and which cognitive demands the tasks has. To fulfill the purpose of the study I conducted a content analysis of four different curricular materials in third grade. The result shows that more than half the amount of cooperation- and communication tasks was found using the teachers manual during the analysis in contrast to just using the students textbook. Therefore the result indicates the importance of using the teachers manual to get a full use of the textbook as a resource. The result also show that the most common form of communication the curricular material calls on is working in pairs. It also shows that the largest amount of cooperation- and communication tasks appears in the lower categories of cognitive demands, which according to research does not promote communication in the mathematical classroom.
