The method makes it possible to perform the analysis of small quantities of Au (0,5-2mg) with the precision of 0,1%. The coulonometric analysis may be applied in the precise analysis in order to determine the quantity of Au in gold alloys and jewelry. The coulonometric procedure to prepare standard solutions of gold has also been suggested.
