Řízení vibrační stolice pomocí embedded systému / Vibration system control through embedded system

Genčanský, David January 2014 (has links)
The importance of vibration and vibration tests is increasingly relevant given th growing number of mobile electronic devices. This thesis descibes the design of control vibrating shaker table, which is an essential element for vibration testing. At the beginning is an initial look on the problematics of vibration, vibration test and influences of vibrations on electronic components, solder joints and other parts uses in microelectronics. Provides insight to the principles of vibration measurement and controlling system used in industry. The workplace is designed for testing and measuring of vibrations. The workplace designed and developed in the LabVIEW enviroment based on CompactRIO platform.

USB měřicí modul pro virtuální instrumentaci / USB Measurement Module for Virtual Instrumentation

Hanuš, Ivan January 2015 (has links)
The objective of this thesis is design of the universal USB measuring module for virtual instrumentation. The module is connected to PC via USB interface. The module have analog inputs and analog outputs. The inputs have some switchable ranges, adjustable high-pass and low-pass fiters. Also the module have the digital input-output unit with 8 channels with configurable data direction and voltage level. Physical layer for digital serial interfaces SPI/UART and I2C is also part of this unit. The module is able to communicate with LabVIEW enviroment. The teoretical part contains survey of the commercial USB modules for data acquisition and generation from various manufacturers with its basic parameters. Some selected modules are described in detail. Furthermore the thesis deals with possibilities of connecting the USB module with the LabVIEW enviroment. The practical part deals with the design of input-output circuits and with design of the module itself. Furthemore, tho communication protocol, utility library and demonstration LabVIEW software are described in this part. At the end of this part, there are results of verification measurements. The result of this thesis is completed universal USB measuring module with utility library and demonstration program.

Návrh absolutních snímačů polohy s Hallovými sondami / Design of the absolute position sensors with Hall elements

Pikula, Jiří January 2009 (has links)
This work deals with possibilities of use of linear Hall sensors which are made as integrated circuit for construction of absolute sensors of position and rotary position. Hall sensors with permanent magnets allow a smaller construction. In this work there is described a design and solution of absolute linear sensor of position for linear drive of Stewart's platform and absolute sensors of rotary position for robotic manipulator Mini-swing. Use of these sensors adds many advantages, primary minimal size and high resolution.

Modelování lineárního pohonu pro potřeby návrhu řízení / Modeling of linear drive for control design purposes

Drábek, Jakub January 2010 (has links)
Thesis deals with the design of control of linear drive by taking advantage of connection between tools provided by NI LabView graphical programming environment and SolidWorks 3D CAD system. This work describes the various resources the CAD systems provide for virtual modeling of mechatronic systems and their simulation. Control is designed using simulation tools by utilizing link between NI LabView and SolidWorks, while the invented control mechanism is finally tested on real system.

Automatizace a řízení depozice multivrstev metodou IBS/IBAD / Automation and control of multilayers deposition by IBS/IBAD

Pavera, Michal January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the automation of the deposition process by ion beam sputtering and ion beam assisted deposition. This work contains drawings of mechanical adjustments of the deposition chamber designed to control shutter and rotation of the target using stepper motors. There are presented ways to control stepper motors and troubleshoot their exact settings. Another task is to design a system for computer control of the deposition process. There are discussed ways to control the ion sources, pressure meter, flow meter and thickness meter, and their connection to a PC via RS-232 and analog-digital converters. It is also designed control program in LabVIEW, which allow automated multilayer deposition. Last part of the thesis deals with testing automatic deposition and results are commented.
