What does «the right to live the process of dying with dignity» mean in Spanish law?Different recent regulatory developments in Spanish legal system are analyzed in this article concerning person’s rights at the end of its life. In particular, the author attempts to explain the enigmatic sense of the new expression “the right to live the process of dying with dignity” and beyond its current configuration as a “legal” right—more than a constitutional one—. Also attempts to catalogue it as a new fundamental right. / Se analizan en este texto diversos desarrollos normativos recientes en el ordenamiento jurídico español respecto de los derechos de la persona en el tramo final de su vida. En particular, se intenta aclarar el enigmático sentido de la emergente expresión «derecho a vivir con dignidad el proceso de la muerte» y, más allá de su actual configuración como derecho «legal» más que «constitucional», su posible catalogación como nuevo derecho fundamental.

This diploma work deals with the protection of wood growing outside the forests mainly for their landscaping and esthetic functions. It is divided into three basic parts. The first part briefly reports on the history of the protection of trees in the Czechlands. The second part presents current legislation in the Czech Republic. It describes the general protection of trees, modes of tree felling and compensatory planting. The next chapter explains the special protection of trees - protected trees and the reasons for their declaration of protection. A large space is devoted alleys along roads. Next chapter deals with the protection of trees under private law. The last part od diploma work presents the Slovak legislation of this area and its comparison with the Czech. This thesis aims to find out what the role of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic in environmental protection is. It should be found out through analysis of the case-law in this field. At first it follows up the characteristics and history of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic. It continues by talking about sources of environmental law and the most important chapter contains analysis of the cases. The thesis discusses the right to the favorable environment, the right to environmental information, the EIA procedure, the Aarhus Convention and the collision of the right to a favorable environment with other rights and freedoms as the most important topics. The thesis showed that the Constitutional Court ruled several times during his practice significantly in favor of the environment. But the less positive conclusion of the thesis is that Czech Republic law does not fully comply with the Aarhus Convention despite it is our obligation. The Constitutional Court will surely deal with this topic again. This diploma thesis is focused on child protection in the context of divorce or separation of his parents and deals with the role of the authority of social - legal protection of children and the court in this matter. Mainly defines the terms of the applicable legislation in divorce matters (care of children after divorce, child's contact with the parents, alimony), which are usually the subject of protracted disputes between parents. The introductory section also mentions the importance of the family for the child and for society, the characteristics of the contemporary family, as well as divorce and its possible impact on the child and the wider surroundings of the family. In the empirical part, the work focuses on comparing the practices of social workers of the authority child protection offices in Prague with practices of social workers at the offices of towns in the Central Region in divorce issues, particularly in the area of investigation in the family. Next it examines also procedures of courts.

The diploma thesis investigates issues of releasing a product on the market. It deals with its general safety and indicates its position in the area of intellectual property law. The main goal of the thesis is to offer a complex review of a means and ways of various products protection while they are being released on a consumer market by individual entrepreneuers with respect to different legal systems. One of the minor goal will discover the difficulty of product release on the market and will define in terms of legislation what each step includes and means for companies. The reader should understand the complexity of international law in the area of intellectual property law. The first chapter follows the prologue part and provide more information about the importance of product legal protection. The second chapter will enlighten complexity and difficulty of the term intellectual property itself. The third chapter is devoted to an analysis of international legal norms with respect to general legislation - international binding contracts and agreements. The fourth chapter is focused at term of trademark. The czech and european legislation will be compared. The fifth chapter describes computer legal protection and license contract. Again we will look into this issue from perspective of czech and european legislation. The sixth chapter will show the proper way of legal protection of actual american products.

The master thesis deals with the topic of cooperation between low-threshold facilities for children and youth (NDZM), and the authorities of the social and legal protection of children (OSPOD). To obtain the results, one objective was set: 'To identify the forms of cooperation and non-cooperation of the low-threshold facilities for children and youth with the authorities of the social and legal protection of children.' The theoretical part consists of four chapters that describe general information about the NDZM and OSPOD, the term of at-risk youth, and the possibilities of cooperation between the two above-mentioned entities. The empirical part of the thesis presents the results of structured and semi-structured interviews with NDZM and OSPOD staff from the South Bohemian Region and the capital city of Prague. A total number of 31 workers from the South Bohemian Region (15 NZDM; 16 OSPOD) and 26 workers from Prague (13 NDZM; 13 OSPOD) participated in the interviews. For the final results, the interviews were annotated and analysed with the use of contrast and comparison techniques. The conducted research offers perspectives on cooperation and non-cooperation between the entities through the eyes of NZDM and OSPOD workers from the South Bohemia Region and the capital city of Prague. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to evaluate legal protection of grey wolf in the Czech Republic based on comparison carried out with legal codes of our neighbours and international law environment in order to offer a solution for revealed deficiencies, since, as the thesis describes, the number of wolfs dwelling in the wild areas of the country has been gradually growing. It is the question of direct protection and wolf's legal status, which is examined, as well as related administrative obstacles, and conditions or means of hunting, respectively. The thesis also deals with the issue of legal status of "wolf-dog" hybrids. Furthermore, currently pressing matter of compensating damage caused by wolfs is examined. Finally, attention is devoted to the protection provided to wolfs within the field of pet breeding and animal trade.

(in English) The aim of this diploma thesis is to map and analyse psychosocial consequences of over-indebtedness and to emphasize on importace komplex solution considering to all aspect. In the introduction of theoretical part are defined professional terms. The other chapters are focused on history of over-indebtedness, the issue of over-indebtedness in the Czech Republic and several other European countries, the providers and the types of financial products, the conditions under which the debt arises, causes of over- indebtedness, the development phase of the debt, insolvency and related legislation. The theoretical part is also focused on dept issue in social work, specifically on providers social services for over-indebtedness people and social services for over-indebtedness people. Followed by a chapter focused on prevention over-indebtedness and chaptes focused on psychosocial consequences. To achieve an aim was used the qualitative research method, specifically questionnaire of half-structured interviews technique. Followed by case reports of respondents, interpretation and analysis of data, discussion and suggestions and recommendations.

(in English): Diploma thesis is focused on children, who are in equipments for children who need immediate help. Thesis is focused on the Klokanek center. The goal of this work is to do a list about clients of Klokanek Chabarovicka in years 2009 - 2017 and find support obtions for childrens during their stay.The next goal is to find out thei expectation and perception of Klokanek by social workers. The last goal is to compare first two goals. The end of the research investigation is what was succesfully done. In the theoretical part is basic terminology and is divided into three main chapters - equipments for children who need immediate help and KIokanek, social and legal protection authority and support technology in equipment.Practical part is focused on research results. Research is made of quantitative and qualitative investigation. Methods: document analysis and interviews with social workers. All results were summarized in final chapter. Whole diploma thesis, theoretical and practical part, is focused on the Klokanek Chabarovicka.
